YellUnprofessional estate agents
Becky Cox was absolutely amazing who showed us around the property. She had told us everyone who enquired about the property would receive an email at the same time so it would give us all a fair chance to get the property. However, one of the employees working there had already given out the paperwork to someone else, which has left me and my partner feeling angry, disappointed and let down. This has shown this estate agents to be very unprofessional.

GoogleAbsolutely the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Incompetent is not the word. My poor home is ruined with the rain because of a blocked pipe. They are fobbing me off left right and Center. They lie they cheat. Disgusting company. I’ve phoned the papers the MP. and rip off Britain. Kent house is neglected with this company and I pay £250 a month what a joke

GoogleGot to say what a piss poor company to deal with they have had a change of internal management and the left hand Doesn’t know what the right hand is doing . Despite paying them fees , security deposit and rent for over a year when it was time to hand in notice all of the sudden they didn’t deal with us any more we were directed to the landlord directly then when trying to get the deposit back we were told to email in with no response and a follow up email to be told by an extremely rude manager what has happened and been agreed in the past is no longer the case as they no longer deal with the property yes we have your money but without the property owner contacting us we can’t release it and it’s not our job to chase them on your behalf….. Something has seriously gone wrong with this company and they seem to be running several companies under the same umbrella I urge anyone that’s thinking of handing over your hard earned money to think again because the likelihood of them handing it back are virtually zero And anything you do agree will change depending on who picks up the phone They should be on an episode of rouge agents shocking customer service after paying the rent on time and well maintaining a property since we signed the lease with them .

GoogleAbsolute shambles. Unable to discuss anything on phone and ask you to email, which takes around 4-6 weeks for a response. Totally biased in favour of the landlord and no decent representation for the tenants. This is failing company run by failed people trying to cling on to landlords at the expense of tenants, to prevent them going under. Also do not rent 13 battery point, they did not tell us about all the problems on that road with noise and anti social behaviour. It was a nightmare living there with the exception of a few decent neighbours

GoogleI agree with the other reviews here. To sum it up, INCOMPETENT. I engaged them to sell a commercial property on my behalf several years ago. Did absolutely nothing for a long time. I found a buyer myself (through my own adverts on social media) and when I found a prospective buyer, they had the audacity to criticise me for putting the status of my advert to Sale Subject to Contract. Then when it was sold, they had the audacity to ask for their commission. Useless bunch of freeloaders.

GoogleTerrible! Had a mouldy bedroom for years until it got so bad the plaster fell off and they had no choice but repair it. Was also left without a bathroom ceiling for months because of a leak upstairs. Wasn't repaired until I threatened to withhold rent. Then when I moved out they tried to keep my deposit because of dusty lampshades and allegedly 'sticky' kitchen cupboards. The only thing that needed cleaning was the cooker, splashback and oven which I'm pretty sure does NOT cost 500 quid. Useless money grubbers! Avoid!

GoogleFell reynolds are happy to allow me and my partner to sleep in a moldy and hazardness flat due to their inability to even try and upkeep the exterior of the building that we're renting in. We alerted them to this increasing issue last year (maybe 6-8 months ago when the weather was warm and lockdown had been eased) and nothing has been done, no real help offered. Personal possesions have been damaged and ruined, our health put at risk, and our home made to feel like a burden. We have spent hundereds on cleaning products and a big dehumidifier to try and ease the issue, but despite 3 layers of industrial mold killer and white vinegar, the mold (and now plant life) has reimerged. This company is so incredibly unprofessional, and considering its apparently illegal now to let this happen, they must have some real nads. fix my home.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA totally incompetent company who just happen to be the management company for the small development of houses in which we live. The staff are in general clueless and inexperienced and trying to speak with Paul Sulsh has proved to be impossible. Despite several calls made to speak with this man, none whatsoever have been returned. Do not deal with this company if you have the choice and option to use an alternative company.

GoogleZero stars - avoid this company like the plague!! Appalling service. How can emergencies like NO WATER not be covered out of hours. This company has avoided cleaning and other standard maintenance tasks since they have taken over. Company has rouge traders written all over it. Poor management poor customer service. No water in all day because they can’t contact the site manager. Talk about single point of failure!! @fellreynolds you need to fix up or you will be reported to watchdog with a full investigation!!!

Googlethis company is absolutely ridiculous, it does the absolute bare minimum and has no regard for its tenants, the amount of mould I've seen in some peoples houses is ridiculous, people are breathing this in and they're doing nothing, and they send out the most incompetent dismissive people that don't even listen, it's as though they're reading from a script! please don't use this company, their buildings are basically uninhabitable.

GoogleI think that a lot of reviews on here are quote unfair regarding Fell Reynolds. They seem to try their best but I'm not sure how much their hands are bound by each landlords reluctance to put their hands in their pockets to resolve issues. Fell Reynolds are management agents not property owners. I've lived in a Fell Reynolds managed property for 27 months and this is my observation.

YellNegligent and incompetent
Completely negligent, failed to carry out basic maintenance on the building I have a leasehold in, to the extent that they had to be removed from the work and replaced with another company. Be wary if you see their name on any contracts.

GoogleTerrible agency. Total disregard for safety of people. Dangerous roof with falling tiles. I've been hit by tiles (sent photos). Escalated to manager and then asssistant director but no response and not fixed roof. They simply don't care. Do not touch this agency!!!!

GoogleHad a very very bad experience with Colin Greenstreet- commercial property manager, I would rate 0. I have faced a lot of problem and spent a lot of money because of this non sense, every thing was problems from start to end and stress. He was asked about a lot of things which was not relevant/required to estate agent.

GoogleThis company is the estate agent for the estate where i have my mortgage. Avoid. Unprofessional. They raise the price every year with no explanation why. They send vague accounting statements of charges and when asked what the lines mean they don't respond.
