Just sold my property with Your Move, and Louise and Hayley from the Shaw office were excellent. They'd organised lots of viewings from the moment they first saw the house , and had an asking price offer within the first week of going on the market. After we'd accepted, Louise did a wonderful job of chasing the two solicitors to ensure the sale progressed quickly, sorting out any problems between them to keep the sale on track. We completed within two months of the house going on the market, much faster than other property transactions I've been involved in, and this is due to Louise's diligent work. Louise was great at keeping in touch to let me know how things were progressing, which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Your Move in Shaw to anyone.

I would like to thank Amanda Postle (Your- Move in Shaw) who used to work at the local Your-Move Branch in Bolton. Whilst I was having many difficulties with the Your-Move HQ, Amanda Postle immediately offered her help on so many occaisions and solved them all quickly and efficiently which was an immense help for both myself and the tenants. It was not really Amanda's job to solve all these issues which the HQ should have done, but the HQ were unable to solve them. Amanda did everything very competently. She was also always very friendly, polite and understanding. Amanda was able to master and resolve every situation and would even go round to the tenants at short notice in order to discuss the situation. Amanda would always update me per email or telephone immediately. I would really recommend Amanda Postle and would like to thank her (and her sister Gemma Taylor also ex-Bolton Branch) for her/their absolutely great help during the last 2/3 years and wish her/them all the very best for the future. Both are excellent Your-Move employees and both offered the best possible customer service .

5 star service from fantastic agents I recently had the responsibility of selling my parents home which is a daunting task for anyone. I employed Your Move, Shaw... one of the best decisions I've ever made. The whole team made the selling process a lot less stressful than I expected. Louise provided an accurate valuation and presented interest from potential buyers within hours of our initial meeting. The first day the property was officially marketed a bulk viewing was arranged and we received three offers, the property sold for the asking price that same day. Ashleigh was amazing. She understood we had small children and didn't want the hassle of having viewings at various dates and times. She organised a open house and booked all viewings in for that day. We left everything to her and went out for a family day and return to two offers. At a very sensitive time my sister and I had the onerous task of selling my recently deceased mothers property on Salts Street in Shaw. We had two estate agents visit to offer their services one being Valentines and the other Your Move. We elected to choose Your Move for their professional attitude and their understanding of our situation instead of boasting what their qualifications they had and how many houses they were selling which we felt was totally un professional and sadly not listening to our situation. We were able to contact Your Move on all queries we raised without fuss and the house was sold within weeks and at the price we were looking for . Amanda and Ashleigh deserve a special mention for all their help not forgetting everybody we talked to was happy to help especially in this time of Pandemic. Thankyou all. PS I did promise Amanda a bottle of something nice if the house was sold at the asking priceand will fulfill that promise when I am allowed out .Keep well and safe
