From the valuation to the completion I felt looked after and like I was their only client selling my house. I kept them fully informed and they appreciated that. He was not only informative about the procedure but also very supportive of an awkward situation that arose. This branch of Shaw Oldham is truly disgusting. Because I made offer for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house and they said will me inform within 2 days if the offer is accepted or not. But after 2 days I call them and they told me that the property is sold, I am really surprised I told them I am waiting for the reply but now you telling me that the house is sold. this branch are really unprofessional and they play with the people.

I hadn’t chosen a property to move to before contacting her, but due to our circumstances we needed to move to a bigger property. If I could I'd give them no stars, incompetent bunch who's manager disappeared after telling us he'd found a buyer with a mortgage in place and ready to sign, and apparently no one knows where he's gone, sold our house 7 months ago and now the buyer has pulled out leaving us high n dry with solicitors fees to pay and nothing to show and no one knows why !!!!!!!! Very rarely answer the phone when you call and when they do answer the phone all you get is erm sorry I don't know or erm sorry I'll find out......I'm convinced there is a mortgage scam going on !!!!! But I've reported the office to the ombudsman they will get to the bottom of things.

The property we were selling in Hathershaw had been rented out for 10 years through 'Your Move' and we had no problem with any of the Tenants in that time so we decided to sell the property with 'Your Move ' we used Georgia for the sale and she was very thorough and helpful with all the technical side of the paperwork which made it easier for my wife and I to negotiate our side of the paperwork, it did take longer than expected which was of no fault of Georgia who we thought without her help it would have taken a lot longer Thank you to Georgia and Your move for their help , J, Bamford.
