Worst viewing request experience

Request for viewing from a few agents, Wards is the last to reply. The lady seems very difficult to work with. I Specifically requested to leave email or sms as I cannot take call during the day. Nope after one unanswered call the next day my viewings are “not-confirmed”. I have explained I am travel from 50km away and tickets are pre-booked. but anyway have last minute effort to call again the morning I hop on the train.Spoke to Sophie she is much better which changed my bad experience. Unfortunately, the original lady “with character” pick up the phone again and make everything very difficult. I gave up as I can foresee difficulty for the transactions. There are plenty of other properties I don’t need to be played around. If it looks like bad news then chances are, it might be even worst down the road for the process.i have 2 stars instead of 1 because of Sophie. I hope the properties I am interested in will be wise to change agent so that I can finally view them. I am not sure where the 91% good review from but maybe it’s with Sophie I think I am just unlucky.

Dubious, untrustworthy and zero integrity. Please avoid!

Avoid this dubious, untrustworthy and awful company at all costs. Wards took an alternative offer to a seller after I had instructed solicitors following acceptance of my offer. I should have known they use dubious tactics after I offered the full guide price and Wards quickly suggested the seller needed more money, despite the fact we were the only offer being considered. Following acceptance of the offer, I was asked by Wards to instruct the solicitors they recommended (they receive a referral fee) at the earliest opportunity. Two days later, Wards called and informed me they had taken another offer to the seller, bypassing our sale agreement and demonstrating a complete lack of integrity. The alternative offer was accepted, the sale fell through and I am currently out of pocket as a result of a desperate clamber to boost a senior managers commission. If you want to sell your home, please use an alternative firm to ensure that your home is being sold by people with a moral compass. If you want to buy a home, please avoid going through Wards, as they simply can’t be trusted.

It was a couple of years ago I decided to purchase a property in canterbury kent where I lived and studied for many years and have so many memories. however, since I am living overseas, I was very much concerned about how to find a good state agent to help me with both buying and letting the property. The very first agent I discussed my situation was WORDS. The agents helped me to purchase the house I loved and then directed me to their letting agent manager Mrs. Abey Miles to whom I am very much grateful for her five stars professional direction to the numerous questions I put to her. The experience have been a very good one from start to finish; Although, the process wasn't easy, but the staffs involved with our mortgage were excellent. The support given to us was unbelievable and this aid to the successful sales of our property. Georgina Gray and her team, whom is our mortgage broker was very good and highly experience. She worked tiredly to secure our mortgage. She was great throughout the process of our application and simple the best. Kim Batchelor was very supportive, approachable, she constantly re-assured us and update us on the progress of both the sales of our property as well as checking on the progress of our mortgage application. Again, Gary Snedden and all the staffs especially at Gillingham and Rehainam branch thank you very much for your help and support.

Unable to give no stars

Unable to give no stars? Yes they’ll sell your house but because you’ll have had enough of selling and them that you’ll give your house away just to make the experience stop! It starts by being assured what they’ll do for you and that they’ll be giving you the premium service that they are charging you for, you’ll also have to join via an extra charge that gets you preferential service from their solicitor which whilst at the moment is good it isn’t cheap as they make it seem in the glossy pamphlet! You won’t see or hear from that particular guy that has promised you this service and when you request a call and to update their very poor advert in Rightmove you’ll get one of their underlings who will fob you off with their arrogance! The final straw come when their “Progressor” who was labelled a “pit bull” when it comes to her determination will email you moaning about her workload and that basically she doesn’t currently care about your case until it gets to the very final hurdles (have to assume that but as we’re not there and unlikely to?). Subsequent emails have been ignored? So save your hard earned money and find another cheaper way to advertise on Rightmove because that’s all I feel I’ve paid for? Subsequent review to follow if they pull their socks up or we sack it all off??
