We had a fantastic experience with the rainham branch during the purches of our first property. Judy and Ali helped us to find the house and was involved through out of the purches making sure that each detail is dealt with properly and that our needs are met. Kenny at the beginning, Sam and Adam throughout, allowing me extra visits as and when I asked, nothing was too much trouble Also the girls in the office were very helpful when Sam or Adam wasn’t there And finally Kim, extremely supportive and kept me updated all way through which was very helpful for me as the situation was getting quite stressful

It was an amazing experience using Wards to sell my house. From day one they have been very helpful and supportive. The team is amazing, special mention of Terri Truckle, Ami Banks, Sam, Kenny and last but not the least Kim. They have been extremely helpful throughout. Its been a roller coaster ride, but with the teams support and up to date knowledge and experience the sale process was smooth.
