Fabulous service Judy Day 😊

All the staff at wards were very helpful and polite but I must mention the great service from Judy day who was our coordinator she was extremely supportive,helpful with lots of knowledge was patient and informative all the way through the experience of selling and buying a new home at times the process was very stressful and frustrating for all of us but through no fault of ours or Wards but Judy kept us up to speed with phone calls throughout and went above beyond just being a coordinator her professional and friendly approach to everything was extremely helpful even through a sad bereavement she made herself available and I believe if it had not been for her we probably would’ve pulled out of the sale and purchase a very big thank you to Judy Day 😊

Fantastic team in Hythe Kent

During a very long and stressful house hunting period, Wards stood out from all the other agents in Hythe and the surrounding areas.They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all, very kind and compassionate. I felt that they were genuinely trying to help me with a difficult search and they pulled out all the stops.The branch is very well run by little Mark who clearly has great leadership skills. Big Mark was amazing at helping me secure a property at a very fair price. Darren was always friendly and helpful. Florence was my saviour, she cheered me up and gave me sound advice all the way through. What professionalism exists here

Firstly, my daughter needed a property to be moved into pretty sharpish. The staff at The Ramsgate branch of Wards were so efficient and courteous and her move went without a hitch after finding, very quickly a lovely property. She’s so happy. Secondly, I required to find suitable tenants to move into my property pretty fast. In steps the charming David Odunlami. One of Wards letting professionals. He was so efficient in sorting out every single hurdle I encountered and there were quite a few, I had to catch my breath. Quick and on point the whole way to reach, on time a very satisfactory result. I highly recommend David and Wards and will undoubtably be back with them as they are just what I was looking for. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Wards Rochester (Jason, Debbie, Dawn, Matt, Devon) and a particularly big thanks to Judy. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect through the whole process but Judy was on hand to answer all our questions (no matter how silly they were !). Judy was on top of everything and when we couldn’t get answers from our solicitor she made sure to chase them which took a lot of stress off of us. Wouldn’t have moved without Wards/Kims help!

Where to start, so we used Wards to sell our home with the process starting in around May 2021, lots of usual issues with viewings, buyers, chains, mortgage offers/rates renewing etc. we eventually moved in May 2022. However I honestly believe this wouldn’t have happened and we would have lost a lot of time and money if it wasn’t for the efforts of Wards with managing the chain. Kim was vital to this and she went over and above to make sure the chain progressed as it needed to, chasing unresponsive solicitors, even speaking to individuals who weren’t even using wards to help them action their parts so the whole chain could move along. Lots of stressful moments and near misses but as stated above none of this would have gone through without Kim. Thank you so much Kim! The lads in the office were also always helpful and even helped chase thrnsolicitors on the day of completion when we hadn’t heard anything by around 3:15pm, which was then quickly resolved after a call in to wards. All in all the most stressful move we’ve ever had. But wards were the only ones in the chain (around 5 buyers/sellers and at least another 3 estate agents and solicitors) that seemed to care. I would suggest to anyone that you use Wards or at least make sure your estate agent provides someone like Kim in a progressor type role to manage the chain.

Wards New Romney, Exceptional Service, we could not have been happier.

We recently purchased our property through Wards New Romney, the process like any other purchase was lengthy and challenging. However, Wards New Romney and the team were fully supportive, and helpful in assisting us, and in particular our allocated agent Jake was exceptional. Jake was friendly, helpful and fully onboard with completing our purchase from the get go. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer and solicitor when needed and encouraging us at all times, to give us confidence all would be completed as suggested. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff and our purchase progressor made everything easier and more streamlined. We were also thoroughly pleased with his recommendation to use their recommended/linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication and we could not recommend this service enough.Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding and helpful; he gave us so much time and assistance to get our purchase and sale completed we could not have asked for more.
