To start with, we had to do the majority of our viewings ourselves, as they never had anyone available. Then they recommended a buyer, for less than we wanted. Convinced us they were a good buyer, then after the house was off market for two months we found out the buyer was never in a position to proceed. Didn't have stamp duty. Wards are supposed to vet buyers, that's what we pay them for. Would not recommend.

These blocks appear to be poorly secured to each other, as the partition moves slightly when touched. It is evident that the mortar used to join these blocks does not properly bind them together. This raises serious concerns about the structural reliability of the construction.
