I recently bought a property through Aaron and can't recommend him highly enough. This wasn't a simple transaction, and there were a few points where it could easily have stalled. Aaron stayed calm and professional throughout, kept everyone moving, and worked hard to find solutions which suited both sides. His communication was outstanding. I got updates several times a day, including evenings and weekends if needed. I never had to chase him for anything. I doubt we'd have got over the line without him. Thank you, Aaron

Truly terrible estate agents.

Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.

Recently we commissioned Strutt and Parker to sell a bungalow in Kent which also had a large paddock, orchard and woodland within the property. Therefore, this was not a straightforward sale. We sold our house through Strutt and Parker in the summer of 2023. We met a few agents and Andrew came across the best out of the people we met. He had clients lined up looking for a property like ours and within a couple of weeks and a couple of viewings it was sold.
