I would give zero stars but unfortunately it’s not an option. They don’t respect people or people’s time. They are very quick to contact you when they need something but will make you wait for ages when you need anything from them. They don’t pass messages and it’s extremely difficult to find anyone knowledgeable there.

The service offered by Lottie and Ed was outstanding from the moment I first viewed the house they were marketing to the completion some three months later. We have worked with JSS’s rental team for the past 6 years. During that time they have swiftly found us 3 tenants for our 5 bedroom property each time it became vacant. Whilst we have then managed the tenancy, we have frequently sought their advice on various matters and their service has been excellent throughout. We cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough.

Among many unresponsive and incompetent solicitors, Lottie at Jackson stops what’s the only one who answered the phone, the only one who knew what they were doing, and the one who carried all the other’s dead weight. 11/10 would recommend, I’m certain we’d have lost the house if not for Lottie’s excellent stewardship of our purchase.
