Been recently been purchasing a property with Jackson Stops.Got to point of exchange but had a few issues came up from searches which hadn't been told before tried to get Stephen Cheshire to contact myself but no response only to come to a Friday to be asked are you going to exchange at time had concerns which needed answers.There response was just to put back on market and no response to my email.Even last Friday contacted Stephen and asked if property still available was told yes and sent long email.Noticed today been sold again.Basically been treated very poorly and basically rude.I'm sorry my mother was taken ill on the Friday you asked for exchange but I did email to no response back same as for last Monday.Very unprofessional not even being told vendor was selling elsewhere.

I cannot fault the service we got from Jackson Stops in Sevenoaks. All the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in us as clients and intent on doing their very best for us. It was so refreshing to find an letting agent who was always very open with viewings, positive or negative, who was always available to answer our questions and who were all very straightforward with the costs to us when letting a property.A first class company!!!

Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

GoogleI wish to thank the staff of your Sevenoaks branch for the extremely good service I have received over this last year, I feel you have gone the extra mile when needed to keep the sale of my flat on track where I might have thrown in the towel. I wish to recommend particularly Chris Mason and Jemima Goodall , they have been constantly reassuring but gave an honest assessment where necessary over the three abortive offers I received, during this Covid pandemic, it has been understandable that this complicated the smooth completions all too often, but to keep us on track with the successful buyers for 7 months is remarkable. Hunting for a suitable property in central Chichester proved challenging but after a number of disappointing searches, Jackson Stops recognised the challenge and instantly produced the star property! Andrew Richardson listened to our request, showed us a property 30 minutes later, and we were immediately bowled over. 4 months later we are happily installed. Splendid service from Andrew, ably assisted by Phil in the Chichester office, helped us through the process most professionally and with charm.
