GoogleWe recently sold our house through Humberts in Sevenoaks and cannot recommend them highly enough. From our initial dealings with Glynn, to the viewings which were mainly done by Alex and then Millie being an absolute star throughout the process but especially towards the end, the team are all friendly, easy to deal with and fantastic at what they do. Millie ensured we were kept up-to-date with how everything was progressing and making sure that exchange and completion went through as smoothly as possible and that everyone in the chain knew what was required of them and the deadlines. Their clear communication, professionalism and attention to detail are second to none and we have dealt with a fair few Estate Agents. So happy we chose them, we highly recommend the team at Humberts.

GoogleI recently sold through Humberts and worked with Will from the start - when he came to value my apartment, I was impressed by his market knowledge and his calm friendly demeanour. Following this, an asking price offer was achieved on day 1 of viewings. It is worth noting Humberts marketing materials are fantastic, including photos and the brochure. Throughout the process, Will was great to work with and always at the end of the phone to communicate with and provide updates. The small team at Humberts work closely so Emma was always available too when Will was on holiday. All in all, a throughly professional experience. Many thanks!

GoogleWe were recommended to Humberts Sevenoaks by a friend and we definitely made the right decision! We used Will at Humberts for our sale. Our property went under offer during the stamp duty holiday when estate agents were extremely busy. Will was very patient, never made us feel rushed and always made time for us! Emma, also deserves a mention as she held the fort whilst Will was off and helped negotiate the sale. You were both brilliant - thank you so much.

GoogleI sold my mother's house through Emma Tighe at Humberts while living in France and I cannot recommend her highly enough.Emma valued the house at £100,000 more than the rival estate agent whose opinion I had sought and then went on to over-achieve this at a very successful open day,the house was sold stc within a week of going on the market. GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Glynn Amos of Humberts and cannot praise his service, enough. Working in the industry, I have seen and experienced poor customer service first-hand, on a number of occasions. Glynn is an exception to the 'stereotypical' Estate Agent. He is polite, friendly, efficient/responsive, professional - and above all else, it is clear to see that he really cares. Despite Glynn working on behalf of the seller, he took great pride in his duty of care to the buyer and helped manage the relationship between buyer & seller, exceptionally. Despite a very tricky market, we managed to complete on our purchase in approximately 10 weeks, from the point at which our offer was accepted. GoogleCouldn’t recommend Humberts enough. We strongly considered using a cheaper, online company to market our home originally but we are so glad we opted for Humberts in the end. Our sale process was quite a stressful one and Emma and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help us through and resolve all the issues we faced along the way. We felt valued throughout, the communication was superb, their market knowledge was excellent, and we think they earned every penny of their commission! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
