GoogleThe WORST letting experience my family and I endured in all our years of being tenants! WARNING TO ALL TENANTS - do your own very thorough inventory with loads of photographs and videos as evidence of the condition of the rented property, garden, etc. Protect yourself from money hungry landlords and very dishonest estate agents! We endured very unfair treatment from both Helen Breeze and especially our ex-landlords!!! I would NEVER recommend Helen Breeze to anyone!!!

FacebookThis is THE worst property management company I have ever dealt with and I work in commercial property myself. I would strongly advise that you use any other company but Helen Breeze. All of the staff are so so rude and unhelpful. Dont get me wrong the process leading up to moving into a property they are ok but as soon as you are moved in, their slow and lack of response to any emails/ calls and their rudeness. They will try to put all blame on the landlords when in fact its themselves and are incapable of doing their job properly and efficiently. And will also tell the landlord that its the tenant causing problems when yet again its Helen Breeze. And lastly do not even think that you will get your deposit back even when you do EVERYTHING that they ask. For example we paid for a full clean with a certificate and they came in and said it wasn't good enough and then took even more money off our deposit. They also have lots of hidden costs. I would strongly advise you go elsewhere because this caused a lot of stress for my partner and myself and was the reason we left was completely because of their behaviour.
