I highly recommend Cavendish. They are extremely responsible, caring, and always responsive to tenants’ needs. From viewing to moving in, living there, and finally moving out, Cavendish's communication was always effective and professional. As a tenant, I really appreciate their timely maintenance & repair, giving me great peace of mind throughout my stay. Considering how they ensure the condition of the property is being kept well, if I were a landlord, I would absolutely feel comfortable entrusting my property to them as I know they genuinely care about the property they manage. I am very grateful for all the care and support provided from Megan, Katie, Angela, Rachel and team, and I wish them all the best!

We’ve had a positive experience with Cavendish as letting agents thus far, which is more than I can say for 99% of the letting agents in the greater London area (obviously I will update the review should things change). The staff has been kind and accommodating (Katie, Megan, Angela), and when something’s needed addressed, Rachel has been helpful, responsive, and prompt. A rare bright spot in this awful market.

We have used Cavendish on a couple of occasions and I have been so pleased with how efficient they are, and in tricky situations too. They handle difficult landlords in such a professional manner and always fight for the tenants through educating landlords. Rachel who looks after the maintenance of properties is a work horse. She's on it all the time, nothings too much trouble and I would say she's become a friend over the last 6 years. Thank you to Rachel, We will never forget what you have done for us throughout. I cannot fault any of the Cavendish team, from the 1st viewing, a 2year tenancy to moving on to a new property/agent. Rachel, Regina and the team were always swift with responses. If I could have stayed with Cavendish with my new home I would have. Rachel in particular was exceptional with any questions, talks with the landlord, repairs being dealt, all answered and resolved quickly and in my opinion, shes a real credit to the team. I can only hope Cavendish are the agents when I move in future, and 100% would recommend them to any prospective tenant

I have recently moved to a property let by Cavendish and I cannot fault their service at all. From the viewing, through the referencing process and to finally moving in, Cavendish have been outstanding and they truly went above and beyond for me and my family. There were some delays and various hurdles during our referencing with an external company, but the team put so much care and effort in to getting these resolved and getting us into our home. I would highly recommend Cavendish to anyone needing their services and I would be glad to deal with them in the future should I ever be looking to rent again.

Cavendish Lettings have been a great Property Management Company to deal with as a tenant - I would highly recommend them! As a tenant, Cavendish have responded extremely timely to any requests for repair, or any issues with the property. They present a high standard of property on handover and really have both the tenant and owners interests top of mind. Rachel Walking has been great throughout my tenure at my rental. They have demonstrated a good balance between supporting the tenant and the landlord throughout the letting process and were an absolute pleasure to deal with on check out - unlike some other letting agents out there !!. I live in the Sevenoaks area and wanted to rent out my property. After nearly 2 months of using multiple agents in Sevenoaks simultaneously with no luck I was advised to Call cavendish. How I wish I received this advice sooner. Their staff were knowledgeable of the market, approachable and extremely professional. They visited my property the next day, took pictures to advertise it during that visit and contacted me the very next day with tenants. I couldn’t believe it. No only that but the process of contracts, inventory and deposits were all handled quickly with no problems or delays. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough and will never use anyone else.
