From the moment we enquired with Reeds Rains in Clevedon to the moment we sold our property, they were nothing short of helpful, engaging and there when we needed them. We had bumps along the way with various parts of the chain falling through but Reeds were on it. Always available to answer any questions we had. If we ever sell again, Reeds will be our team. Northwich Branch - Absolutely WorthlessIf you are a renter, please stay away from properties that use this branch.Unhelpful, always a delay, not wanting to do the work needed and mostly ignore you.They are unwilling to even speak about maintenance issues, all they do is take the rent and ignore you. Heating issue? Fix yourselfDrainage issue? Fix yourselfIssues they said they would fix once you moved in? Fix yourselfProperty inspection? Waste of time, they never turn up and ignore youI just have no idea why it’s so difficult to get things done. Isaac in the maintenance department literally does nothing to help and would never even bother replying. Jonathan is as unhelpful and there is nothing I can do to get problems fixed.I will never rent from these again; absolutely appalling.

salford quays barance were the worst letting agents we have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with, if you can avoid them I suggest that you do. the move in inventory was a work of fiction with not a single fault or damage mentioned and the flat was filthy with numerous items of damage and disrepair that they are now trying to claim from us after moving out and leaving the place in better condition that we moved in Jessica was so tardy at arranging repairs that we gave up. never again would we deal with these people
