Moving can be hectic, but Dulcie made it so simple with her support, prompt communication, and quick responses from the first viewing in Cullompton right through to the day I collected the keys. She was professional, reassuring, and always ready to help. The team I met on key‑collection day was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotRude, poor service - a must avoid for renters
Rude, get passed around from pillar to post while they try to ignore your requests or questions. Tried for years to get them to fix things but just continually fell on deaf ears. Now they're trying to claim issues are my fault which are down to shoddy contractors (which they use consistently, including at one point despite having had yearly gas checks, I get told that the previous 6 years hasn't been done properly and the build up that caused a leak was because of this. Everything is everyone's issue but theirs. Renters, avoid at all costs!

GoogleHunters are a fantastic team. After personally working in the property industry for 18 years and dealing with estate agents day in day out - some are definitely more on it than others. From the minute our house went on the market with them they were brilliant. Constantly communicated with, always knew what was happening. My house sold within a week, unfortunately our buyer did pull out but hunters had it sold again within the hour. I couldn’t have asked for better service. We also completed extremely quickly and I put that solely down to how James chased things to keep everything together. Thank you so so much to the whole team - you are fab! X

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Hunters, and I can't reccomend them highly enough. They have been proactive without being pushy, and have kept me informed throughout the process. The whole sale was going really smoothly, until the seller of the property I am buying put a spanner in the works by trying to change the date. James talked through what to do with me and the situation was resolved quickly. Both Lisa and James have their finger on the pulse and both always knew what was going on so I never had to wait to speak to 'the right person' when I called, and I never felt I was being a nuisance by asking too many questions. A great team and a great agency has made selling a lot less stressful than I expected.

From start to finish, he worked incredibly hard, far more than anyone else in the chain, to keep everything moving and on track. It genuinely felt like he was the one holding things together at times, pushing for progress when things could easily have stalled. He kept us regularly updated, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful process. We always knew where things stood and what the next steps were, which gave us real confidence. Honestly, we don’t think we would be in our new home now if it wasn’t for James. His persistence, communication, and dedication really set him apart. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleHunters were brilliant and couldn't do enough for me during my sale. Definitely go beyond what you would expect and their customer service was exceptional. Full follow up calls following viewings and took care of everything. Even turned off my heating when I was away! Negotiated a good price for my property and after sales service was fab. James, Lisa and his team are top notch and I would definitely recommend them as the best choice in the Selby area

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the service that the team at hunters offered, they went above and beyond throughout the selling process. We had a bad experience with one of their competitors and moving across was the best thing we could have done. James kept in constant communication with the viewing feedback and quickly got the house sold. Lisa was then absolutely brilliant in negotiating the lower chain and getting the completion over the line, I don't know what we would have done without her! I would 100% recommend Hunters to anyone looking to put their house on the market.

GoogleSelling a house can be a really stressful experience but with James and Lisa looking after you nothing was too much trouble. On first meeting James we had a frank discussion about pricing and I trusted him from day one. I had weekly updates and didn’t have to chase for any information on viewings etc. Once sold James and Lisa liased with solicitors and the buyers. We were kept up to date every step of the way. I cannot recommend James and Lisa enough. A real professional team

I remain deeply disappointed in the way my most recent complaint has been handled at their Newcastle branch. The way the branch manager speaks to tenants is appalling! If you have a complaint then don’t expect any sympathy or accountability. We have rented this property for 11 years and in that time, we have been superb tenants but sadly that doesn’t mean anything to them. I anticipate a reply to this which will more than likely attempt to completely contradict what I’ve written here but just know that our experience has not been a positive one!
