Glynne , we can appreciate your frustration but you were one of the first to offer on a very popular property and with multiple viewings arranged; the client was reluctant to accept ANY offer until everyone had viewed.

GoogleI couldn’t fault the service I have received from Taylor’s of Sedgley. From the beginning Richard realised the vision with my gem of a property. It is individual and Claire, the new owner will, I hope, love living in it as much as I have. Richard valued it exactly right and marketed accordingly. Erin dealt with clients and viewings and negotiated very strongly on my behalf and got the price we all believed it was worth. A great team well done.

GoogleExcellent service. Good communication especially advising viewings as Taylors did all the viewings for us. This meant we did not have to be at the property at all. Taylors advised us to go to sealed bids and got us a good price. The office kept us updated right up to completion day. Thank you all for your hard work. Agents fees were also very competitive. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleFrom the initial attendance at the property right through to the sale we have had excellent service - that would be hard to better. We were particularly pleased with being kept informed of viewings and the updates thereafter. Thank you so much - we really do appreciate your help in what has (for us) been quite difficult circumstances - made much easier by the friendly and most helpful staff. Without doubt we would recommend you.

GoogleTaylors were absolutely fantastic during one of the most stressful time of our lives. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Amelia particularly couldn't do enough to help us every step of the way. I'm not planning on ever moving again, but if i did i would use Taylors 100%

GoogleThe customer service from the Sedgley branch has been exceptional. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Richard and Ellie especially worked hard to keep my family and I informed every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough for making this an easy process and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

GoogleThe service at the Sedgley branch is personal and professional. Amelia Walker goes the extra mile and is an asset to the company and the industry. Without her involvement I wouldn't have known how the sale was progressing. Full marks too to Richard Davies for making the process as comfortable as possible in difficult circumstances.
