GoogleMyself and my partner brought a house from Taylor's sedgley. In August we made our offer and in November we had our keys. Sarah had been with us on our whole journey and she had been fantastic when showing us houses and knew exactly what we were after, we had viewed multiple houses with Sarah. Even throughout our sale, we had to view the house and have people come in and do there checks, and she was always there on time.
Amelia was our sales negotiator and her professionalism and prompt replies to emails and calls made it such an easy process. As first time buyers, no question was a silly question and she helped break down and explain everything.

GoogleAn excellent service from the initial visit to value my house right the way through to completion. Amelia and the team at Taylors are friendly, professional and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble, from supporting with EPC certificates, managing all of the viewings, even taking meter readings on completion day, they have gone above and beyond as an estate agent.
Communication was brilliant, providing feedback after each viewing, keeping me updated with the progress of the sale, liaising with both my and the buyers solicitors to ensure a smooth exchange and completion.
I would recommend Taylors as a first choice for buying or selling a property in the area.

GoogleI had a really positive experience with Taylors Sedgley all through the house selling process. Liam's initial introduction to their services was enthusiastic and informative without being pushy, the latter being a problem I had with other agents I considered. I was very keen for all viewings to be handled by my agent, something Taylors did willingly and without complaint. I was extremely impressed by the communication I received, getting regular updates, minimum weekly, to touch base and inform me how the sale was progressing. I also think they are very fair on price compared with other agents, especially given the level of service they provide. A special thank you to Amelia, my main contact, who kept in very regular contact throughout. I would highly recommend Taylors Sedgley and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleVery disappointing experience from start to finish. Photographs missed off original advertisement until we notified Taylors. Likewise with the floor plan. Updates were non-existent unless we enquired and questions regarding proof of funding left unanswered. The net result, we didn't sell our property and spent the short side of £2000 for the privilege. Beware!!!

Sorry, but your behaviour at the viewing appointment was unacceptable, and none of your review's points are accurate. You arrived late for your appointment and pointed your finger in the face of a female employee when she was politely trying to explain that she had another appointment to get to. You ‘hushed her’ and walked into the property anyway. Behaviour such as this is NOT ACCEPTABLE in any situation, and we will not tolerate it with any of our staff.

GoogleI approached this letting agent to let a property on 10th November, 2020. I stressed them I need a place as soon as possible. I have a very good job and no bankruptcy or whatsoever. The letting agent Charlie take did all kind of drama with me and I travelled 3 hours to see a property and he took all my papers. After one month when I approached them he told me that that property is not available anymore. If you want to do business then do it in a professional way. If you want to do this kind of drama then you should better open a theatre group. I bet you would get 0 star over there. Letting business is not a joke and you can make anybody homeless.
