Absolutely brilliant. We had struggled with another estate agent trying to sell our house for 3 months prior with poor communication and no apparent drive to get our house sold. So we came to Skitts. The moment Adam came out to speak to us we knew we had done the right thing. He made sure that our house was marketed appropiately (unlike before) and talked to us honestly and was most helpful. It says it all that after 3 months of anxiety and frustration with our previous estate agent, we sold on the first viewing Skitts arranged for us. Then, Jo in sales progression was nothing short of fantastic. She must have to deal with anxious buyers and sellers all of the time but was never less than understanding, kind and helpful. She would give us regular updates and would also do all she could to make sure that the solicitors were keeping pace. Overall, it was a completely different experience than what we had in our first attempt with our first estate agents. I cannot recommend Skitts enough, they are friendly, helpful and professional. I'm am typing this from my new home and we couldn't be happier. Thank you to Adam, Jo and the whole team for making it happen.

Skitts Sedgley were a fantastic team. Right from the very first call. It was a difficult time for my family after losing my little sister and Sue was very caring a patient with her questions. Adam came to value the property and again was very respectful and provided great professional advice. After the sale (first viewing by the way), Ho took over the post sale care. Jo was fantastic, a real asset to the team. She kept the family up to date with the sale progress. Skitts estate agents, in Sedgley sold my father’s house. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, from the Manager, receptionists, to Jo the sales progressor. Just bought a property recently. The estate agent who showed us around wasn’t helpful and didn’t have any knowledge of the property. Any time you use to call after 4 oclock you could never get through. Jo from sale progression was very helpful throughout the process. I have been using Skitts since 2008, the property didn't sell due to the recession and I was not prepared to lower the price. Skitts provided all the services, they invested months in us and didn't complain. I came back to Skitts again this year. Adam went over and above to aid me, he listened and addressed each one of my concerns, at one point i had a buyer through the family and i informed Adam i would not be requiring his services, he was very understanding and again didn't complain one bit! The sale fell through so i contacted Adam again who without hesitation set the wheels in motion. The property is vacant, i live a distance away and whenever there were concerns Adam visited the property to see to whatever was needed. He didn't have to for the way i had treated the agency but he did out of kindness and wanting always make sure to be attentive to my problems. The property sold for £45,000 more than what the family member was offering and couldn't be more delighted. I cant say enough about Adam, i would urge anyone selling to use Skitts without a doubt. Couldn’t have chose anyone better than Skitts in Sedgley, from the valuation to completion nothing was too much trouble for the team. Adam was professional and courteous. From the first meeting I could tell my sale was in safe hands. Sue and Louise have been amazing from booking the viewings, negotiating all the offers and securing me £10k over the asking price. Anita who did all the viewings was lovely, she was able to answer any questions and gave me feedback when the viewings had been completed. Decided to use Skitts in Sedgley to sell my fathers property. It was tricky sale with there being easy elements (no chain), but tricky due to the Covid 19 Pandemic and also me living 100 miles away. From the outset, Skitts looked after us. They compiled an excellent listing with some great photos and a video. Adam Robinson also carried out viewings on our behalf and the property was sold quickly. The ongoing sales was dealt with by Sue Thomas, who has been absolutely brilliant. She has kept me informed (when our solicitors didn't seem to have a clue), got answers to questions quickly and has pushed for completion. Whilst it is unlikely i will have any reason to have any dealings in the property market in this area again, i would not hesitate to use Skitts again, and in particular Adam and Sue.
