We have recently rented out our second property with the Sedgefield branch of Robinsons. We were nervous and unsure what to expect as this was a new venture for both of us but Sharon, Jade and Ryan were always on hand to help. Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. The whole process has only been 6 weeks from house viewing to house completion, to add to this it was during Christmas/ New year and in lockdown.Really appreciate all of your help and advice along the way, special thanks to Lindsey who has been swift with responses / calls during the whole process which has been really helpful in moving the whole process along so smoothly.

We couldn’t recommend Sharon and her team highly enough!

Sharon has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Robinsons dealt with both our sale and purchase and went above and beyond to keep us updated at every step. Sharon chased the solicitors to keep to the time frames and made frequent calls so we were kept in the loop. She remained unbiased, realistic and fair throughout both processes and we knew we could go to her with any query! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Everything was really well handled, the only thing which stopped me giving 5 stars was the over ambitious pricing at the start. We agree that this pricing was probably achievable a few weeks earlier. Fab customer service and sold our house in 3 days!!

I knew robinsons for their great reputation through friends so we went with them for selling our house. Both Louis and Joy who we dealt with for the sale of our home were both excellent. We sold our home in three days with the help of Louis who took fab pictures and had a great description of our house. Joy made sure the ending of the sale went smoothly. We definitely would recommend robinsons.
