Five star treatment from the initial call to the final sale. Sedgefield Robinson’s branch is an estate agent to be proud of. Ryan, Sharon, Jade and Kiera gave a first class service in the sale of my rental property. They moved mountains to help through obstacles involved in selling a house and always greeted me with a smile. Their professional, courteous and positive manner made me feel at ease in the process but I also felt I could trust them at anytime to give me the right advice. I Recommend this team at Sedgefield and if I need to sell my own house in the future I will be going directly to them. The A team of estate agents.

Highly Recommend

For the past 10 years, Robinsons in Sedgefield have managed a number of rental properties, and also sold properties on my behalf. Living abroad, it was reassuring to know I had the support of a great team of friendly and professional people who kept me informed and were always there at the end of the phone to talk to when needed. Maintenance issues were brought to my attention promptly, and dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Owning rental properties has its unique challenges but I have been lucky to have had the constant support from the Sedgefield Branch, particularly from Sharon (who has been there from the start!) and Jade on the rental side, and from Ryan who successfully marketed and sold a property on my behalf recently. I would highly recommend Robinsons.

So glad we chose to go with Robinsons Sedgefield to move home. From start to finish their service has been outstanding. I booked a viewing for a property in Wolsingham which I had to reschedule. I mailed Barbara in their office twice - no response from either so I gave upWhat really annoyed me was the anodyne strap line to this sales negotiator’s email saying “if there is anything I can do please blah blah blah blah”So may I suggest instead of strap line do something real - do what you’re asked It isn’t hard !!!
