GoogleAwful initial contact with this estate agent. Booked a valuation online on the 28th July 2019. Had a confirmation to say this had been arranged for the following week. No one turned up. Rang the office and the receptionist said that we should have contacted to confirm, when clearly states on the confirmation email they would contact. Her attitude was we should be chasing them. I explained this is an error on their behalf and she couldn’t get of the phone quick enough she said she had someone here to deal with. If they are like that for a valuation appointment image what they are like selling your house. Fantastic ... not

I am terribly sorry you were not happy with the service you received from us. The valuation booking tool on our website is an automated system, including the reply. We cannot find any record of the booking on our system and this is a technical error we are looking into with our website provider.
