GoogleWe drove 165 miles (leaving home at 06:00) to meet Tom in regard to selling our bungalow. We were asked to let FSB know if we were going to be late. We arrived 10 mins early (09:20). Tom did not turn up on time nor did he call me to say he would be late. We left the property at 09:37. I then received a call from Tom asking where we were as if he had been waiting for us (i actually saw Tom pull up late as we drove off in his RR discovery). I told him never to contact me again. He then emailed me saying he had been in the office with an elderly lady. What part of "don't contact me again" doesn't he get and if true why didn't he call me. If that is what he does when he is trying to win business how do you think he will treat you as a customer! Rubbish!

Thank you for leaving your review, however in this instance we clearly have a different version of events.
Once again, I apologise for being late, had you have given me a chance to speak before shouting abuse down the phone I would have been able to explain the reason for my 7 minute delay.
Given the foul language and tone used within the phone call, and our zero tolerance policy toward this behaviour I think its best we bring this matter to a close.
