With everything happening in the market at the time, other agencies made me feel like another number and didn't really care. Martin and Mercia were an absolute pleasure to work with, they were fair, straight and wanted me to get my property. Martin and Mercia at Seaford Properties are a rare gem in the property market. They were amazing to work with from the outset. Firstly, they set a realistic value on our property by suggesting we think about the lowest price we are prepared to take and advertising the house as "Offers Over...." .They kept us well informed about all visits, reporting on how each visit went. Martin has the ability to assess the likelihood of a buyer after each visit, which helped enormously to weed out time wasters. The house actually sold within ten days with people upping the offers over price. Thank you Martin and Mercia for all your help and guidance in the selling of our property.

I found Seaford Properties an excellent Estate Agency. From the moment I first contacted them about selling my home I found them professional and efficient in every way. Being a family run business, I really thought they gave the personal touch. I have never sold a house before, so I had a lot of questions. At Seaford Properties I had every part of the selling process clearly explained, and I felt comfortable to keep asking questions! When viewings were arranged I was kept fully updated at all times so I knew on a day-to-day basis exactly what was going on, and what the feedback was. Martin and the team went over and above at every stage. I always felt welcome to pop in the office to have a chat and get an update. They were always very welcoming on the phone or face-to-face. I can't recommend them highly enough! Selling a house is normally a very stressful situation, but Seaford Properties made it as smooth as possible.

We have just completed the sale of my mother’s house through Seaford Properties. As the heading implies we were very impressed with the personal service Martin gave us throughout the rather protracted dealings. This was particularly evident, after having previously commissioned another local agent , where we dealt with different personnel on a monthly basis . Matin’s communications were always prompt and relevant and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.

A very friendly, family run business. They offer a personal, very professional service. Nothing is too much trouble. Being local people they know the market in the area very well. They also have very good relationships with local solicitors and an intimate knowledge of the legal requirements of house sales and purchases. They speeded the process so that when our property was sold the legal formalities were completed in 12 days, surely some kind of record. Their fees were very reasonable. I cannot recommend this company any more highly.

We were so pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand and updated on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to use them again as they made the sale of our late fathers property as smooth as it could be at a difficult time for us.
