FacebookOur house wasn’t the easiest of houses to sell. And they had no issues and actually sold it within 4 weeks. Having been with every other estate agent in town for the past 2 years these was the only people who had the understanding of our sale ! I had been dealt by josh and Charlotte. And I can not fault them! I would highly recommend them and assure you have the easiest of sale with these guys! Thankyou so much! Will definitely be using in the distant future!

FacebookAfter looking to buy my first home, Josh met up with me at a time and location suited to me with no hesitation. He explained to me the whole process and legalities and even pointed me in the right direction for a solicitor and mortgage advisor. A young professional chap who puts the "big cats" to shame. I'd recommend Walshe Property and Letting Agency to any house buyer + extra bonus he takes care of landlords and investors Thanks again buddy, cannot wait to finalise paperwork for the big purchase !! ??

GoogleThe property I purchased was marketed by Walshe's. The communication and service given by Mollie, their sales negotiator, was outstanding. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookWe had a fantastic experience with Walshes! We’ve just moved into our new home in Ealand and there were a few bumps along the way with the legal process, however, Josh & Charlotte supported us the whole way through and went above & beyond! We can’t thank them enough! Definitely would use again (although I don’t plan on moving anytime soon 😂😂) thank you guys!
