FacebookCan’t thank Alex enough for his amazing and quick work with renting out my flat. After being let down by a Tennant I needed to find one quickly and as soon as I contacted Alex he came the next day to take pictures and it was up on the market. Within two weeks a Tennant was found and moved in! Saved me so much stress and was so easy! Thank you again and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell a property!

All the way through the process they were professional, competent, thorough and nothing was ever too much trouble including always being available to speak to. In this day and age most companies don't give you that local company feel you used to get. This company is the exception to that rule. I would highly recommend anyone to use them. GoogleI was recently a first time buyer of a property being sold through Walshes, and I cannot fault the efforts made by the team. I was kept in regular contact and given updates quickly (from the brilliant and helpful Mollie) in what was otherwise a long drawn out transaction. If it wasn’t for the efforts made by Mollie, I’d have felt left in the dark for most of the process. Any questions or worries I had were always answered or replied with quick and clear responses. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable asking a question - no matter how basic it may have been. When I met the team to pick up the keys, they were all very friendly, and was I pleasantly surprised by the “New Home” box they had prepared for me. I wish the team all the best for the future (again, especially Mollie!) Thank you all for not making my first experience concerning and for being so informative!

FacebookJosh and his fantastic team have looked after our rental properties for quite sometime now. They are the second estate agents that we've dealt with and I have to say they are excellent. Dan is very good at keeping us updated on any changes or reported problems we need to know about. Regular checks are done on the properties and the team are always happy to help with any of our concerns. The team have also very recently sold our home for us. Within 2 days of Josh and Charlotte valuing the property and launching it online it sold. Charlotte was excellent, on the ball and very good at keeping on top of all the updates with all parties solicitors. We cannot recommend Josh Walshe's property enough and looking forward to buying, selling and renting more properties with the help of this amazing team again in the future!

A nice chap and made everything really easy for us with the sale. Always on the end of the phone if needed too which I liked. His team who I dealt with Charlotte and Dan was really helpful too.
