This initiated a series of offers ranging from £25,000 to £5,000 below the minimum price (as agreed by their Valuer). This mistake was amended.

FacebookWe used Paul Fox to sell my Mum’s flat during the pandemic. I confess I thought it might be a struggle at such a difficult time but nothing could be farther from the truth. Teresa Greener and her team at Scunthorpe were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process despite the severest of lockdowns shutting their premises.
We would not have known there was a pandemic going on.
Teresa was a consummate professional throughout , keeping me regularly updated with progress on every detail of the sale.
When our buyers let us down at the very last minute Teresa found us five new buyers in a matter of hours at an improved price and also made some suggestions that improved the smoothness and the speed of the sale.
Within a few weeks the apartment was completed and gone. I would recommend Paul Fox without reservation if you want outstanding professional service with the sale of your property.

I have emailed and phoned for information about some land that they had for sale but despite repeating the calls NO-ONE came back with details. Disgusting way to treat potential buyers - NOT HAPPY!!!!!!! No point in trying to do business with them as they obviously do not want customers!

FacebookWhen our seller didn't want to wait more than 6-8 weeks to move (we never agreed to move this quick) they allowed her to relist the property with them with a higher price while still keeping insisting on keeping us a buyer, So that she could try and get more for her property - effectively allowing us to be gazumpted three quarters of the way through our purchase - losing us money.
No communication whatsoever with any of the solicitors - just bowed down to the buyers demands at every stage. Never known an agency to be so underhand and so unprofessional. We pulled out of the purchase in the end and they never contacted us again.
