GoogleWould highly recommend EA Ben Cade, was originally put off with the long waiting time for the original valuation, however lessons learned that the long lead time is purely as they're super busy, I should have just bide my time in the first instance and just been patient. With using EA BC it's been a smooth process from the moment I sent my email, helpful and informative all the way through, Callum couldn't have been better, responses to emails and communicating between buyer and seller to ensure a stress free process. Thanks again.

May not necessarily be the cheapest ( though not the dearest) but in our opinion definitely the best estate agents in the area. Highly recommend their services. Thank you

GoogleWe chose EA Ben Cade for our property sale primarily because their fees were the most competitive. We consider that we received good value for money as the staff were very effective in conducting viewings, managing offers as well as liaising with prospective buyers and chasing solicitors. We were regularly kept informed of the progress of our sale and staff were able to answer our questions. If they were unavailable when we called they always phoned us back and treated us in a friendly and professional way. We would definitely use EA Ben Cade for any future property sale.

GoogleBen Cade EA were recommended to us by several people as the best and how right they were. My sister and I were executors of our a Mum's Will and so came to them at a difficult time for us but Ben and Ellie really looked after us. They were very professional and efficient and at the same time friendly and supportive throughout. We are so pleased we put our trust in them to sell the family home and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Myself and my partner were first time buyers, having rented for 5 years prior to this and were completely new to the market and had no idea what we were doing. Ellie helped us through every step of the way and put it into Lehman's terms for us to understand. Very quick responses, and extremely informative and helpful staff. Each member of staff we spoke with, throughout our search, from start to completion on our property was a delight, and Ben is a credit to his company. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to Buy or Rent and first time buyers should 100% use EA Ben Cades as they were so helpful, alleviating the majority of the stress' that came along with searching for and purchasing a first home.

FacebookIt's not often you can describe a business or service as faultless, but this definitely applies here. Ben was excellent, professional and very aware of the market when initially valuing the property. The photography and presentation of the details was perfect, and I was kept well-informed and updated throughout the entire sales process. All staff were equally professional and friendly. No hesitation whatsoever in highly-recommending EA Ben Cade.

We find him to be honest , and his professionalism makes him stand out way above the rest. His staff Ellie and Hannah who we have personally dealt with (as there are more staff) are wonderful , efficient and caring. We have recommended Ben Cade to friends and family . Jane and Cliff Lee.
