Selling a house is very stressful, however, when selling to emigrate this can enhance the stress dramatically! What I can say with confidence is Cade Estate Agency team remove a lot of the stress. Throughout the process the office kept me informed about viewings and feedback and Ben gave great realistic advice. Callum was a true professional with exceptional communication skills (even when I was being a pain with my emails and questions and trust me I was) Callum never faltered, he always responded quickly and kept me up- to-date , when I was getting concerned about time lines Callum chased information on my behalf and responded immediately with an answer. Thank you Callum for the stress you removed and patience with my emails and thank you to Ben and the team for their work throughout...now happily enjoying life in Dubai, hope winter is not too cold for you guys.

I recently bought a lovely little house in a local village. Whilst searching for properties I was always struck by how difficult it was to ever get hold of the local estate agents that had the properties I was interested in. However, having found a property listed on the Ben Cade site, I immediately managed to get hold of their staff and found them polite and helpful. Having had my offer accepted, I was in constant contact with Ellie Conroy, as we both tried to wrangle the solicitors and try to speed along the process. Ellie assisted with my purchase from start to finish and I have to say it was an absolute delight. she was a consummate professional. As a cranky old soldier with some times impossibly high standards, it's not always easy to keep me happy, but by the sheer act of writing this, I hope you can draw the right conclusions as to how happy I was with their service. Should I ever end up buying something bigger, there is no doubt in my mind who I will call to list this property again. We bought our property and throughout the whole process not one thing was too much trouble. From start to finish not one question was not answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended! Ben was confident, friendly and knowledgeable from the moment he walked in the house. I have to say it was the confidence he had and how relatable he was that made me choose him at the beginning. He confidently told me what the house was worth and what it’s selling points were. My sale and purchase took 5months but Hannah kept me well informed through the process and was always quick to get back to me. She was great at going between my buyers and the sellers. I also spoke with Chloe and Ellie who were all fantastic too, they showed us around the house we have now bought and were really helpful and friendly too. When I handed in and collected Keys Ben was in the office to congratulate me on the completion. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be recommending the Ben Cade team to everyone! Very rude. Not sure why the lettings manager seems to have a issue with me or if its just her customer service charm. Even if the perfect house came up with them i would not deal with her again. Thank you for taking the time to call me and respond to this. Unfortunatley it was more of beckys manner that i took issue with not the fact that a landlord has said no pets. I understand that. This is not my first request about houses for rent with yourself. However on every occasion i have felt belittle and that i am been a nusisance. Iv never been offered to register with you to find propertys despite asking for help on a previous email. This maybe a diffrence in customer service styles i am happy to draw a line under it and request to rent a house elsewhere.NegativeQuality, Value
