My sister in law used Solicitors and Estate Agents to sell her house and both were excellent, quick efficient and polite could not do enough for her. Would recommend first class company from start to finish kept us informed and was completed in only 6 weeks. Unbelievable .....Thanks to Struan Ferguson and Annette

FacebookSally, and the Team, first supported me, in 2020, when I was in need of help with Family Law. Sally's steadfast guidance was exactly what I needed during this challenging time and kept me focused until complete. I can't thank her enough.
In 2022, when I needed help to purchase a new home, it was an obvious choice to go back to Blackwood & Smith. Again, Sally, with the backup of the Team, especially Rosalyn, guided me through the process keeping me fully informed at all stages. No question to complex or simple to answer quickly and completely.
I would thoroughly recommend Blackwood & Smith for their professional and compassionate approach to your needs.

FacebookMany thanks to Sally and her team for the smooth handling of recent property transactions. We were kept up to date at all times, given clear advice and had minimum workload as Blackwood & Smith took the strain. Wasn’t the first transaction and won’t be the last time we call upon their services.
