GoogleWe can’t thank Glen Ragrag enough for the tremendous service. Glen huge experience and knowledge gave us great comfort in knowing it would all be ok, during one of the most potentially stressful times for buying our first house. He is always calm, professional and is a very friendly person. Extremely helpful and gave us lots of information and advice. Would definitely recommend.

She has always been available throughout the whole process to give advice and guidance. Would highly recommend using this estate agent

Guy called Naz(s) kept on pestering me regarding the property that I had that was up for sale just looking to take over the business for Allen and Harris. After being quite firm and final asking not to be called again, the guy tries to call me again. Terrible experience. Please do not deal with Allen and Harris!

GoogleUsed A&H as a mortgage broker. The initial fee was nearly £600 for "lifetime membership", if I remember correctly. I told them I wasn't interested in lifetime membership, and then they dropped the fee to £100, which seemed reasonable. The service was good, always responsive. At the end of the day I was left with the feeling that I probably could have found a marginally better mortgage deal somewhere else, but it would have taken a lot more effort. During the transaction they tried to sell me a multitude of other insurance and finance products. It was not clear if I needed those products to get the mortgage deal or not. This part of the service could be vastly improved. I said "no" to all of them (except one) as I already had life and illness insurance from my employer.

He was so helpful and really took his time to explain everything fully and was always available to answer any questions. Excellent service from the whole branch from the handling of the purchase & aftercare. 10 out of 10.

GoogleAsked to view a property, was informed I would have to phone, explained I worked in an environment unable to make phone calls during their opening hours (in addition to being extremely hard of hearing anyway), however took an extended break from work to attempt to call the number, phone rang out each time for 6-8 mins without anyone picking up. I then emailed, again, and was subsequently ignored. Honestly a really dissappointing experience, and guess I should be thankful I'm not completly deaf as apparently I would be unable to arrange any viewings with Allen & Harris if they only take bookings over the phone!

He has been very helpful, patient and friendly from day one, at every step. He guided and advised us about the market, up and downs and kept following our progress until everything got sorted. GoogleThe whole team were excellent and very supportive during my property sale and purchase. Glen explained the mortgage application process very clearly and was a able to negotiate a very good purchase price and saving me money in the long run. I felt very confident about the whole process reassuring me when entry date delays were causing stress. Overall a very welcome hand holding experience, would definitely recommend the whole team to do any friends and family.

GoogleI changed to Allan & Harris after my previous estate agent failed to sell my property in 3 months. Within days they sold it for over the home report value, I couldn't be happier with the service and just wish I'd changed to them sooner!
