GoogleAppalling. As tenants in a leased property i found this company to be appalling from start to finish and from top to not quite bottom. The youngest and inexperienced staff still seem to remember that they are human. I would highly recommend tenants not using them. They just don't care about you if there are any problems with your property and will not support you or help you in anyway. My experience is that they bow to the landlord and let them run riot all over you. I have no idea what any one else's experience of them is but they are without a shadow of doubt the worst agency i have ever been involved and we have been renting for about years now! They just don't care about the people that are actually giving them the money.

FacebookBe careful if you rent through flicks, they are only on the side of the landlord ,terrible customer service and extremely unhelpful. A very costly experience
Dear Shaun, at Flick and Son, we pride ourselves on being an honest, transparent agent treating all customers in a fair way. We of course endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and amicable way for both parties, however, in this situation you were in breach of your tenancy agreement and therefore we are obliged to recover any costs owed to the landlord in result of this breach. All of which was fully explained to you once your tenancy had ended & you had vacated the property. Please feel free to contact our office if you would like to discuss the matter further. GoogleHorrendous. Will try to charge you almost £300 for "cleaning" when you leave a house empty and cleaner than it was when you moved in. Not to mention moving into a jungle of a back garden because "the previous tenants were friends with the boss"
