GoogleLane & Browns are nothing but extremely professional and work to the highest of standard. As new landlords it is very difficult to choose the correct agent that you can trust but since we have put them in charge of our property we had no issues. Sam, Zoe and Debbie are fantastic with extensive knowledge of the market. They have found us tenants within days. They have instructed and carried out all of the necessary work like epc, electrical safety and gas safety on our behalf so we did not have to think of anything but getting our property ready for our new tenants. GoogleLeIgh at Lane & Browns was really helpful throughout the process of buying our house. He was great from the start, keeping in touch and explained a lot to me when I was confused with my house sale and the other estate agents I was using weren’t being too helpful. They always did what they said they’d do. The advice was really reassuring throughout and, when my part of the sale was difficult, they were patient and understanding. GoogleWhile we were happy with the actual sale of our property the rest of our experience selling with Lane & Browns was entirely negative. We were lied to on multiple occasions which left us feeling increasingly frustrated. We received virtually no communication in the months between accepting our offer and exchanging contracts, this lack of communication and unprofessionalism also extended to other parties within the chain and almost led our chain collapsing at the last minute (and indeed this would have happened if we had waited for Lane & Browns to provide us with the relevant information). Our complaint was not taken seriously & not responded to until we chased it up, at which point we received a letter which dismissed our concerns, dated 8 days previously, reaffirming their poor communication. Would not recommend at all.

GoogleStaff abused their parking rights of an open car park and wasted disabled bays. I went into the office and politely asked them to move their car so others could park there and was greeted with an attitude. When I went back to my car it was moved within the same disabled bay when there were normal parking bays available next to it.

A special mention must go to Leigh who was always available to speak to and he always kept us informed. He went above and beyond what was required, and it was him, I believe, that helped progress the sale through in such a timely and efficient manner. GoogleLeigh dealt with our purchase and was always on hand to answer any queries and chase bits when necessary. We viewed a couple of properties with Leigh prior to purchase and he was always very helpful, friendly and informative. He is 100% a credit to his firm; we viewed houses with other agencies and rarely did the staff match his attitude, knowledge and communication. Thanks for all your help Leigh.

GoogleAfter renting more than one property from Lane & Browns, I found that the service, knowledge and communication where excellent. Any issues I had in my properties where dealt with quickly, not that there were many! The staff and communication at Lanes are excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending them, especially after renting from other agents, who were nowhere near as good as Lanes at addressing issues in a timely manner!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom the start we found Leigh Javadi to be engaging and sold the property to us without any undue pressure and throughout what was, at times for us a little frustrating due to over zealous solicitors, Leigh always showed calmness and patience and kept us in the loop as much as he could. For those reasons we feel he did an excellent job.

GoogleInitially I was unsure what estate agent to pick to sell our family home, it was already a tough and emotional decision to move and we have been badly let down by other agents in the past. We decided to go with Leigh at Lane & Browns and it was the best decision we could have made. Leigh at Lane & Browns has really gone above and beyond. He has made a really difficult sale go smoothly and helped in more ways than expected. He has been there every step of the way and would make sure he knew exactly what was going on. If you needed to talk to him with any query he would always call straight back with an update. I can honestly say that I would recommend him to everyone. Words cant thank you enough!
