Me and my fiancé were looking at house's and we had already viewed quite a few before finally viewing one that was being sokd by inskip & davie. We were greeted by Ryan who was very friendly and by far the most knowlagable estate agent we had met. Obviously when buying a house you will have many questions about the house and it's amazing when someone can answer them all. After we had agreed a price and sale was under way the process was really smooth with them. They also provided help with questions i had outside of the property as it was our first house we had a few to say the least and they helped as much as they could. Over all they were brilliant and we are definitely going to be using them when we choose to sell.

I was looking for a local Estate Agent in Sandy to sell my parents property after my Father died. Didn't know which one to use as there is a choice. I took a walk down the High Street in Sandy late on a Saturday afternoon. The other Estate Agents were shut, but Inskip and Davie were still open and working for their clients. It was a no-brainer, and that commitment to their customers was constant throughout the process. Their local knowledge was primary and they had several potential buyers lined up within a week. They advised throughout every stage of the sales cycle and updated me at regularly. They were the link to the buyers and solicitors on both sides and helped at every stage, right up to providing me with final meter readings. You can't get a better service. I would recommend them absolutely.
