Constant Lies. Throughout every process I was lied to, they are more focused on selling extra life insurance than your mortgage. I would never use them again for a mortgage adviser or buying a house.

GooglePoor customer service. Wouldn't ring back when they said. Took them weeks for me to move in after I pestered about getting the work done at the house for a month. However staff are friendly.

Never use Connells. They are very greedy. They put the property price very high on the market than the valuation amount. We put in an offer on a property and the valuation came almost 40k less.

Administratively incompetent. Sadly the CoOp (my Freeholder) use these clowns as their managing agent. Every single invoice I get from them is incorrect and requires call after call to get fixed. Utterly useless.

I TRIED TO BUY A PROPERTY THROUGH CONNELLS ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE CONNELLS .THEY WERE FORCING ME TO USE THEIR SOLICITOR AS WELL AS MORTGAGE ADVISOR.TERRIBLE
