I’m so glad I’m not the owner of this branch the closed sign is on the front door and the two staff that are working are sitting on there mobile phones, just walked passed 1 hour later and still on her mobile phone texting, very productive office. I would suggest who’s in charge of paying these staff start tracking there hours of no productive work

Would have given 0 stars, but Connells are just unprofessional, do not know what they are doing, i have sold my house in February and yet still not received payments and anything, they keep taking us round in circles, telling us a date then totally going past this and making it longer and longer, wish I never used this company as total numptys, never again

My son is looking for his first home to buy. He called Connell repeatedly about a flat he was interested in and they didn’t make much effort to call him back or set anything up. In the end I had to call and arrange a viewing.Son and his dad went on the viewing. The agent was very halfhearted and didn’t show any enthusiasm about the property. Very underwhelmed.

I worked for this company they promised me the earth in terms of support and marketing, when i got there I had two 17yr old kids with 0 experience and was left completely unsupported - they then sued me when I left for money back (Joke)DO NOT WORK FOR THEM MOST AWFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT INTO

Got a call on viewing day that they had to rebook, i took another day off work for the viewing just to get another call saying that the landlord doesn't accept us because i get in work beneffits...this was meant to be disscussed after viewing not before and in my opinion Michelle has this house put asside for some of her friends. Totally unprofessional

Put in a offer with connells estate agents and basically forcing our hand to use there in house mortgage adviser or else they wouldn’t put forward our offer, we had all or correct documents and a mortgaging principle. Which I later found out was illegal! They basically told me I’m not interested in the house due to not using their in house mortgage adviser.

GoogleConnells rented out ny property within a few weeks which was great. I live abroad and worked a lot with the entire team who were very polite and informative regarding the renting process. Yasser the manager is amazing he has provided leadership, great communication for me and has always made himself available at all hours due to the time differences. I hope to put further properties through this branch.

Was informed i would receive a refund of my holding fee from the plymouth branch for a property that was taken off the market. Have still not received this a MONTH later and am stuck in a loop of the branch blaming the accounts department and vice versa. Also have been informed that i am only due a partial refund even though i never received any services from them. Do not trust.

Would not book a viewing for a flat without first making me come to their office to push their own morgage advisor who comes with a £599 price tag. They said that this was due to them recieving too many "time-wasters".

The worst Agency to deal with was running late to meeting that was arranged only 20mins prior to me leaving and this is at peak traffic, the guy was so rude because I was going to be late, would not let me speak kept talking to me how bad I am. Worst Agency ever will never sell or buy through them ever

GoogleThis agent in my experience select buyers based on the added commisions that they can earn. Once they realised that i did not require their finacial services they were not interested in pursuing my offer. They did not contact me despite repeated promises and did not anwer many of my emails.

GoogleI purchased a property through Jeevan recently. He was very polite, professional and his level of customer service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a property to contact him. I have been on numerous viewings with him and he is punctual, courteous and informative. He is definitely a credit to the team and Connells Bearwood.

Got to be the worst surveyors I’ve ever dealt with. When I apply for a mortgage this embarrassment are always the ones who ruin the process. They don’t value the flat, they value the street with their eyes closed. Anyone could do their job. Hopeless. They’ve obviously got a cheap contract with these mortgages companies, to save mortgage companies from paying the full loan to value.

There are bunch of crooks liar We had three valuation they’re all pretty much was on the similar price when these guys come to do your survey for my flat don’t lie to the lender so please if you have these guys to come to do a survey told to F off because it will let you down they are racist and rude.
