GoogleDrove over 350 miles to see a property that was filthy and covered in mould inside and out! Photos on the advert must have been from about 5 years ago. Should have read all the reviews first, AVOID.

GoogleNot great estate agent, very limited selection of properties in the area they're meant to serve

Hi Alan, thanks for your review. Sorry we don't have properties at the moment that suit your needs.

GoogleSlow to return emails and calls, asked for a ridiculous amount of personal information to even be considered for a property. The personal information was also shared with the prospective landlord.

GoogleAwful service, left message to call back, but never get calls back. Needed maintenance works during the weekend, they made me leave work to stay at home for someone to come, which never came and leaking problems kept all weekend.

GoogleFound them quite reasonable until I'd paid my deposit, after which they were dreadful. Generally unhelpful verging on incompetent. They have some ok staff but some which are rude and abrasive. Not a pleasant experience at all. Avoid if you possibly can.
