GoogleI had issues securing an apartment together with my husband for over a month. I just walked into Hovepark and I met Megan smiling at me, that alone gave me an assurance that I’m in the right place, I went there with a heavy heart and Megan was so helpful and professional. I got an apartment within 3 days and I was so excited. We got a goody bag and all paper work was completed and professional. I would recommend hovepark Lettings to anyone looking for a place to rent, buy or sell. I give 5 star rating.

GoogleI've had the most amazing experience with my housemate with Hovepark. Megan was so professional and very courteous and made the transition very easy. My gas and electricity was sorted out by Hovepark. I was well informed and the signing of the tenancy agreement was an easy transition. I also received a lovley welcome pack with lots of goodies.
I'm extremely happy with everything can't rate Hovepark high enough

GoogleExtremely Disappointing Experience, Avoid at All Costs
My experience with this letting agency has been nothing short of terrible. Their handling of legal documentation is careless and unprofessional, showing a clear lack of understanding or attention to detail. Customer service is equally poor, any attempt to raise a concern or ask a question is met with sarcasm, condescension, and a complete lack of respect. Interactions feel more like confrontations than conversations. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this agency.

GoogleMy situation is differant from most, i served in the Scottish divison as a rifleman for just shy of eleven years, When i go D-Mob'd i returned home.I really struggled with Civie street (Still do) i was always moving about chasing work, so i have never really put down roots.I got Diagnosed with PTSD Due to my service and that was when i stummbled across Hovepark Lettings. I needed a roof over my head so i was not fussy, the first flat was....Where to start well,... the last ocupier had been a Junkie, as i found their empty Methidone bottle in a baywindow cubbered.
The corner of my Bedroom celling had colapsed ie the sheetrock came down,oH! and the so called landlord was not paying the morgae instead was pocketing my housing benift,So the Sherifs officer told me, when he came to say to me to find another place to live. Hence my taking up the second flat from hovepark lettings
.And the second flat i was in was not fit for human habitation, mould, damp ,rotten window frames, and an obsolete gas boiler the second flat had been bought as seen in an auction i am geuessing. And they had clead it out, but no work had been done and i was in no position to refuse because i had nowhrere else to go.
So to sum up my experiance hmmm not good

Unfortunately, circumstances outwith our control meant your first tenancy had to come to an end, however we did our best to find you another property to which you were at no liberty to take. GoogleAbsolutely the worst letting company about.i wish I had read the reviews before I went with them.iv just left one of there properties and they told me they had to replace the cooker and carpets and I wouldn't be getting my deposit back.there was nothing wrong with the cooker.and actually they have just put my old flat back up on rightmove and they haven't changed a thing.still the same carpet with the iron burn on it and it's the same cooker so so much for getting a new one GEORGIA.iv never met a company that lies so much and treats you like your nothing.if anyone reads this I would really not consider going with hovepark!!

GoogleI am interested in a property they are advertising and have emailed on multiple occasions and also phoned and left messages but no-one has responded to me. I imagine landlords are thrilled that they are missing out on potential tenants income.
UPDATE 6/10/21: Have emailed again twice this week and still no return email or phone call. I'm giving up now. Shame because I really liked the property too.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleMostly poor staffing, non-existent maintenance, but by god will they be on you if they need *you* to do something. Currently living in a property that has leaking issues in the bathroom, terrible outbuildings in garden, broken fencing, shabby unkempt decor that I won’t pay to fix, and birds in the most. Hovepark have done nothing about any of these things.

GoogleI was renting the house from Hovepark for few months. Bad experience. At the end of tenancy they send lies to deposit agency to not give MY deposit back.
Still in dispute with them, doing everything to proof theirs lies and have the deposit back.
Highly NOT recommended.
Please check theirs other reviews online. For 30 reviews 15! just 1star. One gentleman said that would give them zero but not possible 😔
