She really went the extra mile to make sure we had a an easy stress free move and helped a lot with the closure of are contract which we are sad that come to and end. Highly recommend if looking for a property in the Salisbury area . Will definitely be going back to Siobhan when looking for a new property . Truly an amazing lady .

GoogleWe found them most unhelpful during the final stretch of our purchase. We walked away due to information we learned late in the process. Some transparency by the vendor and possibly agent would have saved us much time and money. A good lesson learned. As purchaser your on your own against both agent and vendor. What you don't discover is your problem don't expect any assistance from their end. We feel very fortunate to walk away only down £2000.

GoogleWe have just used the services of this company to sell our home. Moving home is a big thing for anyone to undertake. From the moment we met Sarah Cull we knew we were dealing with someone very capable to the point we didnt even get other firms to view our property. What a team and the best choice we could have made. Right from the start we were guided by her. Middleton and Major handled the viewings, taking all the stress out of the viewings. I say all the viewings - that only took 3 weeks and we had a sale at a price we wanted. At this point Tara took up the mantle and followed everything through to exchange keeping us regularly updated on the process of the sale. I have moved many times but I have never been lucky enough to have a team like this one. Absolutely brilliant.

GoogleDon’t use them! They are very slow to process. As an estate agent, they are very charming and helpful to start with but they didn’t sell the property. They sent an agent for a viewing , who had no knowledge about the property.

GoogleMyddleton and Major did an outstanding job of marketing and ultimately selling my tenanted residential property. Jack, Charlie and Katie worked tirelessly to show the property and, once the sale was agreed (to a first rate purchaser), their communication between all parties ensured the process stayed on track to completion. They also maintained an excellent relationship with the tenant throughout. This isn't the first time that I have used Myddleton and Major, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Myddelton & Major. We were coming to the UK from the US for a one year period and needed a place to rent. Tried contacting some other property consultants, but no one would work with us since we were still in the US. Sarah responded to our inquires right off the bat and helped us find a place even before we had left the US which made our move very easy. She guided us all the way through move in and then when it came time to leave helped us through that process. Thank you very much Sarah and Myddelton & Major!
