GoogleWe have been with myddelton and major our whole renting stage 10 years + , and can not thank them enough, Siobhan has been fantastic though all the years and delt with everything we needed promptly and professionally a real credit to myddelton and major. Alistar again has been the same and always responds to anything we had questions with a credit again! I'm sure there are more great people behind the scenes that do a fantastic job, Thank you so much for all your help over the years and getting us on to the ladder. GoogleI am very pleased with the support from Myddelton & Major, especially Siobhan Macfayden (Senior Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator) and Charlotte Ponting (Lettings & Residential Management Administrator). My first contact was with Charlotte about renting a particularly property, Charlotte was extremely efficient at responding to my questions via email. Siobhan showed us round the property - lovely lady, who patiently answered all of our questions and allowed us time to fully take it all in. I especially appreciated the efforts from M&M after the viewing. We wanted to move asap, and Siobhan and the team made this happen within just 3 weeks, including ref checks, contracts, chimney sweep, cleaner, gardener, oil, boiler check etc. What I specifically liked about Myddelton & Major is that I did not have to pester Charlotte and Siobhan for information as I have had to do with previous letting agents. We move in next week and so far I am pleased with the support we have received and would recommend Myddelton & Major as a letting agent.

GoogleHaving just arrived in Salisbury from Perth, Australia, I was incredibly lucky to come across Siobhan Macfadyen from Myddelton & Major at the first property that I visited. Despite a very complicated reference process because of my recent arrival, Siobhan went beyond what was expected of her to make sure that everything worked out and I could move in within 2 weeks of arriving. GoogleWe bought our home and Myddelton & Major were the agent for our sellers, they were truly amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions. Without their expert knowledge and assistance we would not completed in the time we did, if at all. GoogleDuring my one year stay, M&M provided excellent service throughout. Everything from the key transfer at the start to the final inspection (which was done very profesionally!) was handled with great care and attention to the customer. The service was great as I always got a response within two days to any quiry. Contracts were handled transparent and the communication and documenation was good. Fixes to the property were conducted fast without bureacratic forms or what not, just quick and in good trust. I would like to thank Siobhan for her kind and personal service throughout, much appreciated!

GoogleSiobhan has been fantastic over the last 2 years in managing the lovely property I rented through Myddelton and Major. So lovely in fact, that I went on to purchase it, which is the only reason I will no longer require Siobhan's professional assistance. She was always extremely polite and responded promptly to any queries or problems I had with the property to ensure it was rectified in a timely manner preventing any further issues occuring. GoogleFor over 40 years I had owned my own home, but on my return to England from the USA I decided to rent. This was new territory for me and I cannot thank Sarah enough, she guided me through the rental process for the first property and was there to make sure all was while I lived there. I have now moved into my second house also managed by this company. Again, the assistance and guidance of Siobhan and Charlotte has been just as invaluable. These are three lovely, trustworthy, and highly professional ladies, and they make sure you are happy in your home.

GoogleI instructed Myddelton & Major Salisbury to help with the sale of my help to buy flat. Myddelton & Major provided an excellent service with very reasonable fees. Their professionalism was second to none. The marketing of the flat was very professional, and it helped to find a buyer within four days of it going on the market and at the marketed price we wanted. I highly recommend their services. Communication during the whole process was excellent. A big thanks to Chris Holford for helping through the process one step at a time and to everyone involved within the team for making a successful sale.

GoogleMy fiancée enquired about a property that you had for let in Woodgreen before it was even listed online as we saw the to let sign go up. So we rang up straight away and we were told that we would be put down for a viewing and they would call to let us know when they were doing them. My partner then called again two days later to follow up for a viewing and he was told they still didn’t know when they were doing viewings but would probably be the following week but we would be guaranteed one. So we waited and then received a email a few days later saying they have had an offer on the property and were not taking anymore viewings. Considering we were the first to call before the house was even listed online and we didn’t even get a chance to view it and was guaranteed a viewing is very un professional and rude so I do recommend to avoid very rude.

GoogleWe initially rented out, and later sold, a commercial property through Myddelton Major and found them to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Since then, I've also rented a flat through them and was impressed by how responsive and efficient Siobhan and Alastair in the Lettings Team were. Earlier this year, I purchased a house with their help as well, and Sally and Matt from the Sales Team were excellent, prompt with follow-ups and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I've consistently had positive experiences with Myddelton Major and would highly recommend them.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Siobhan Macfadyen (Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager) is literally the most outstanding Lettings Manager I've met in Salisbury, and I've dealt with most of them. Siobhan's professionalism, empathy and understanding was exemplary when I was looking for a property rental; seeing me as a person and not just a set of circumstances and figures on a tick list. Siobhan's candid communication was fantastic. I can't recommend Siobhan Macfadyen at Myddelton & Major high enough. I certainly feel Siobhan is the best Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager in Salisbury. Thank you so much.

GoogleMyddelton & Major - specifically Jack Stredwick - were absolutely brilliant, and I can't recommend him/them highly enough. I was moving from London to Salisbury, and my mortgage broker-recommended conveyancing warehouse were dreadful, non-responsive and slow, asking for the same things twice etc. Jack recommended a local firm whom he had worked with before, and the difference was chalk and cheese. Our sale took the best part of six months to complete due to problems further up the chain (with a conveyancing warehouse someone else was using), but Jack was on top of it from start to finish. He really impressed us by knowing all of the addresses, buyer names, estate agents and solicitors in the chain, and he really drove the process to try and get us to the point of exchange. He even fielded calls and chased other parties while he was on a rare holiday abroad - that truly is dedication! I would absolutely, 100% recommend Jack at Myddelton Major, and when/if we do move house again, I will absolutely be using Jack to sell.

GoogleWe originally used M&M for probate purposes and then after for the sale of the family home. In all aspects the staff of M&M were very professional, efficient and courteous. We were very happy with the overall service and would happily use them again and recommend to others. At the end of the process, I can't remember all the names involved but we had a lot of interaction with Jack Stredwick and his team, all of whom were excellent.

As we were between purchases we only required a 6 month let but Siobhan was excellent matching us with a very popular property they were representing.
