Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and although we note the disappointing review level, this is in stark contrast to the five-star rating that we generally receive from our clients and viewers. Typically, all viewings are accompanied by an experienced member of the Jordan & Mason team other than in circumstances where viewings are made outside of usual business hours and in particular on Sundays. (Like your own viewing) All client contact information treated with the strictest of confidence and is only passed between parties with the expressed consent of both parties. If a seller and a purchaser decide to exchange information direct, it is regrettable, although this is outside of our control.
