TrustpilotBeware - Stay clear
Hi all,I have invested in Merchant's Wharf project by a developer called Legacie developers (no legacy for sure). Please stay clear. RW-invest is hand in gloves with the developer to make false promises. They even go back on the agreement. You had to get a solicitor to remind them of the same. The project already delayed by more than a year.

TrustpilotVery smooth process
I had a very smooth process from initial enquiry to securing my apartment with RWInvest. Tom showed me all the initial details of the apartment in great detail and even gave me an amazing online tour. Rachael helped me with the process after I had made my reservation and was very helpful in assisting me throughout the experience no matter what requests I had.

TrustpilotRWinvest have been brilliant
RWinvest have been brilliant! From the very start, they have been consistently friendly and helpful with this, my first investment purchase. Even though my purchase is very small scale, I have been made to feel as valued as the big investors, and Jennifer and Charlotte have gone out of their way to reassure me and support me through the whole process, arranging visits to the site and answering all my questions. Thank you very much RWinvest!

TrustpilotMy whole experience dealing with RW…
My whole experience dealing with RW invest has been faultless. Yes , the apartments have not been delivered on time but given the pandemic , rising costs of building materials and shortage of labour , this should not come as a surprise . This is my first "off plan" purchase and i would look no further than RW in the future .
