People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleThese guys are fantastic. Extremely professional. I've been with them for approx. 10 years. First in buying my apartment and then a few years later when I decided to rent my apartment out. For the 7 or so years they have managed my property I couldn't ask for a better letting agency. I really can't speak highly of them enough. It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Avoid using them to sell

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

Poor experience for the 2nd time!!!I will never recommend or use this agent. Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out. Shame on people who are in jobs which deal with peoples livelihoods.

Shocking, sell property then can't sell. No due diligence, no respect to the customer. They don't get back to you even when you have bought a property. Staff wide boys and inexperienced, be warned do not use will cost a lot of money...
