Having sold our property during lockdown to move out of the country, I have found Craven properties to be the most supportive company I could have hoped for. Whilst being professional and helpful, they also went above and beyond in support when we endured problems beyond belief during the selling process. They were always at the end of the phone with encouraging support, technical advice and liaised daily between agencies to chase up queries and try to speed up the selling process. Our moving experience would have been very different if we had gone with a different company. One of the worst experience!!! I called for a house to rent. Sarah, from customer service, apart of cutting me off several times, was like "l have to speak to landlord" that change in "landlady", refusing me any viewing of the property, maybe based on the fact that I work as cleaner or it might be my "bad" accent... The funny thing is that when a English friend called , the conversation was I a totally different manner - professional questions, he even succeed to book for a viewing ( in my case was denied) .. So, I would give , if is possible - 5 stars for a totally unprofessional service.... BITTER EXPERIENCE!!!NegativeProfessionalism

At the start of the tenancy, one agent says they could speed up the tenancy agreement. Phoning up a few days later, another says they can't and that I was missing documents they need that wasn't listed. After a year of being with them my conclusion with the company is still quite positive. I urge people to read their fees and charges carefully though as they do charge a check-out fee. Clean your properly really well before giving it back as they will pick on the smallest and minor things to charge you for clean up fee. (Windows, oven, extractor fan and showers)

My partner and I have been tenants of Craven for nearly 6 years. Any issues we have ever needed to report, have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Gary has always been excellent in giving us advice when it’s been needed. On the afternoon of Christmas Eve we had a major gas leak. We contacted the emergency number and a plumber was sent out to us within the hour. The problem was sorted within a few hours. Would highly recommend them as landlords.

I have been with Craven for 7 years now, and in that time I have had great, prompt service when reporting an issue or needing advice. This week, and the prompt for this review, I have had to have an extractor fan fitted to treat a damp problem in my hall; Gary did the job professionally and left my home as clean and as tidy as I would have left it myself. The new paint job was an unexpected, added bonus. In this day and age, folk are quick to point out when things are not done, or done shoddily - I am happy to highlight something that was well done. Thank you, Craven.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! One of the worst letting agency that I had to deal with! They all seems nice and professional once that you give them the money but after,when you got flat issues or complain ,they all turn in to a bunch of rude and greedy persons. Had a few issues in my fully furnished flat regarding the bed frame ( was broken)and mattress that was in awfull condition , the night after we moved in to the flat we asked if they could change it or at list remove as it was impossible to sleep on it . They did not even try to listen at us or our reasons but they just kept saying that the bad was fine and they were not going to take it away...after a couple of month of complain we finally convince them to take it so that we can buy a new one ...can you believe that?! During summer seasons we had several issues with the mold in our bedroom, was another long fight ... we had to bin lots of clothes on that time and even when we pointed this fact their main concern to to suggest us to buy a dehumidifier...no comment!!! We also tried to organize with them a view so that tgey can see in what condition we were..they barely reply, one morning they came in without any notice and agreement from us, the lady tgat came started to complain that the windows were close ( never seen someone living the windows open if have to go for work in less them an hour ) , then she started to enter in the other rooms without any regarding then the privacy and after a massive argue she left without listen to any reasons . Last horrible experience was when we accidentally lock ourself out..took me 30 minutes to convince her to come to open me the door as she had no will to help, only because she had the last 30 minutes before closing the office ( are you kidding me?! What we were suppose to do, brake the entrance?!!) Anyway after she came she pretended £50..what a jerk ! Seriously, the heights rate are from house owner that let them manage their properties, my mistake was not searching for reviews about craven ...thankfully I don not have to deal with them anymore and I suggest to avoid them!

(cant leave 0 stars) worst letting agent I ever dealt with, I cannot warn anyone strongly enough against ever using them, we left the property just so we didn't have to deal with them anymore. So many lies told about so many things. had to get a solicitor involved when leaving as they seem unaware of the law in the industry the work in, even then they dragged their feet releasing the deposit back.
