GoogleTom Brook dealt with our sale in a very professional, efficient manner. He was so helpful dealing with any issues and chasing solicitors for us to keep the process moving. I would also like to thank Annabelle & Julie for their help. Would recommend, thank you.

GoogleWe found Craven & Co to sell our apartment really helpful and professional throughout the process. In particular, Annabelle helped with finding firms to do a few decorating jobs and then putting it on the market. Once we had our buyer, we were kept informed of progress, and then Tom Brook helped to get all the necessary paperwork lined up between mortgage lenders, the management company and solicitors, to get our sale completed. Recommended.

GoogleI have had many dealings with different estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Craven have been the most professional and easy to deal with to date. This year I have mainly dealt with Hannah and she has been extremely helpful and very obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble and she goes above and beyond. I have recommended them to many friends and family who have also been very happy with their service. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

GoogleWe sold our property through Craven last month. The responsiveness, support and advise was like no other. Very good contact, throughout, with Ben and team. We felt like we were very much looked after in professional, but also, most importantly, human and friendly way. This kind of service is not what you would get from other bigger businesses out there. Things like photos and ads were also highly professional and appealing. Craven sales team is highly recommended and it would be unwise to not give them a chance, when you want to sell your house. I dont think you will be disapointed.

Our calls were always answered quickly and professionally, any queries we had were dealt with well and we always felt extremely satisfied with the level of service offered. Even when we had issues with our sale going through, Ben went above and beyond chasing buyers and solicitors. Thank you very much for all of your hard work, we appreciated it. ☺️

GoogleI had an excellent service from Craven and in particular Ben. He has very thorough knowledge of the local market which helped me to achieve the maximum potential in my house sale. He was always punctual and was extremely easy to reach whenever I require even during the busy time. Throughout the sale process he updated me regularly and conveyed my updates to the buyer too. That really helped me to pay attention on important tasks on my side and to escalate to conveyancing solicitors where require. GoogleI have rented since university and I can say, without a doubt, Craven are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Upon moving out, we were blamed and charged for problems caused by a badly fitted kitchen. They tried to come after us for 30% of our deposit, this is theft. Not to mention, we went back to the property to collect some post and none of the things we were charged for have been corrected. Again, THIS IS THEFT. Wendy is an impolite, unprofessional, miserable cow who has nothing but contempt for Craven's tenants (you know, the people who make their business money). She is thoroughly odious and she is the living embodiment as to why estate agents are the least trusted profession. GoogleBeen meaning to leave a review for the team at Craven for a while now, sorry its late, but I suppose its allowed me to see if the excellent service given at the point of renting continued. Really pleased to say it has. We were looking for a place for my sister, who was being taken advantage of by her previous 'professional' landlord, making all sorts of charges and taking cash payments for utilities. Because my sister is in receipt of dss benefits, it was hard to find somewhere decent that fitted her budget. At first Craven didnt have a property available but Wendy gave us loads of advice and was really helpful. A few days later a tenant had fallen through on a Craven property and we were invited to go and view. Place was great, clean, well decorated and some very minor issues were sorted out quickly. Wendy, Sarah and the team at Craven made the process really easy and nothing was too much trouble. In the few months my sister has been in, Craven have been really professional, giving notice of inspections, insurance survey visits etc. They have their own maintenance team and my sister is reassured that shes in the right place being managed by the right people. Use with confidence, trust me, there are a lot worse letting agents in Sale and Craven are head and shoulders above. Keep up the good work (",)

GoogleA brilliant agency, highly recommended. We rented a property in West Disbury and were delighted with the service from start to finish. A speedy application process with Gina was brilliant and made the move in very smooth & stress free. Wendy and Steve handled a few queries throughout our tenancy in a professional and prompt manner, a pleasure to deal with. We would happily use Craven again in the future should we decide to move again around the local area.

GoogleRang up asking to speak to a lady called Annabelle who I had been advised by the landlord was dealing with the tenancy she spoke to me very rudely on the phone at first then following on from that failed to respond to any emails I have sent. Wouldn’t recommend and would stay far away

I dealt with Gary from their maintenance team on a couple of occasions and he went above and beyond to help me. I've had a great tenancy with this letting agency.

GoogleI have used Craven for 5 years, as my landlord. I have received nothing but exceptional service from them and their team. Any issues I have had have always been auctioned within no more than 24 hours and I have been kept in the loop. Their staff and subcontractors are trust worthy and I have never had any issues with anyone entering or locking up my flat as and when work needs doing. Their prices are fair and the service far out weighs what I paid for.
