GoogleAs a landlord I have used Mullucks for many years. Their fees may have been slightly more than some agencies but the service was worth the additional fee. I believe the tenants also benefitted from having a good rental agent. I have recently sold my property through Mullucks and totally recommend them. The communication was excellent, both during the viewings and particularly during the lengthy legal process after an offer was accepted. Not only did they keep both parties (buyer and seller) informed, they helped facilitate the contract by being proactive in supplying relevant information to resolve any potential issues. They also checked the property on a regular basis whilst it was empty.

FacebookWe first met Martin of Epping Mullucks a few years ago, he was very professional and gave an honest valuation of our house (other local agents had not which meant we lost a sale). Fast forward to winter 2020 we called upon Martin to sell our house, within 2 days our house was on the market and viewings booked. Since securing a deal on our property Martin has gone above and beyond to help wherever he can - he is very reliable and always maintains a great sense of humour!
