Mullucks letting department, and in particular Loraine Pateman, have been absolutely fantastic in arranging my recent tenancy. From the start they have been extremely professional, yet kind and patient (particularly when I panicked that one of my references had taken longer than it should to be submitted). Loraine always responds very quickly (usually immediately) to any concerns or queries I've had, and has reassured me the whole way through, as well as keeping me upto date with any progress. I would not hesitate to use Mullucks as my preferred letting agent in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

The initial meet with Oliver Pottrill was very positive - superb 'front of house' & he created an excellent gimballed walkthrough video of our property. This was very high quality, the best I've seen on line actually. Throughout the sale, all the office staff I dealt with in regards to viewings, were all equally professional & very consistent & supportive. Jackie Sealey was of particular merit as we dealt with her the most. She kept our spirits up throughout.
