Lovett&Co. Estate Agents Lichfield reviews

Lovett and co have been a fab agency to buy through, we wish we had chosen them to sell through! Unlike the agent we sold through Lovett and co have been brilliant! They have been thorough from the start - discovering that our selling agents hadn’t done a good job with getting the full chain details and keeping us updated throughout - weekly in fact. Sandra in particular has been brilliant in giving full chain updates enabling us to chase any actions and ensure we can exchange and complete in a good timeframe. Our biggest lesson to share with anyone - choose an agent like Lovett who commit to allocated dedicated sale progression leads. Thank you Sandra and team.

The team at Lovett&Co Lichfield have been astounding at getting the sale to go through. A special thank you to Hayley and Sandra, as I believe without you two, the sale and purchase would not of gone through when it did, and also liaising between other estate agents and solicitors throughout the chain impacted greatly to get the result we all wanted. I don’t plan to sell my home now I’m here, but if I did, I would definitely use Lovett&Co Lichfield branch. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Review on behalf of Karen and Kevin. A huge thank you to the whole team at Lovetts, especially Meg and Sandra. Their support and determination to see our sale through after many set backs and times when everything felt impossible was so appreciated. We are so grateful, thank you for going above and beyond! 100% recommend.

I wish there was a to write review without giving even one star. Myself and my mortgage advisor are treated so poorly by one staff from their team, I don’t want to blame everyone here it was just one female employee. Our offer was accepted by the seller on Armitage House Flat this week, I forwarded all documents and paid fee for id verification , my Mortgage advisor asked for some information from this staff member to proceed further. On first day she agreed to send all that, second day refused to provide any of that information and 3 rd day started saying you’re lenders won’t lend on this property. She was insisting me to use their Mortgage Broker, I refused so she made everything so hard for us we just ended up taking our offer back. I just wish that the seller finds out about what exactly happened and why his flat is not being sold, the flat is not the problem it’s the agent who is dealing with it. Second day I was hoping to speak with different staff, but she didn’t let me speak with the person who actually tried to call me and left voice message and even gave her name. It was such a bad experience, now I don’t even want to book any viewing appointment for any of the property advertised by them.

Lovett&Co. Estate Agents was the Estate agent of the house we bought. As a first time buyer, they really help us and making this journey as easy as possible. A big thanks to Grace and most especially to Sandra Irving, she is the one chasing both solicitors and also keeping me informed every step of the way. She even gave me her direct number and I can call her anytime if I have query, office hours of course. Brilliant service overall.

We have just completed a purchase of a property via Lovetts and their service was above and beyond everyone else involved in the sale/purchase procedure. Thanks to Jo Neal and especially Sandra Irving for their dedicated and professional attitude. They were always available and responsive to telephone calls or emails, regularly chased relevant parties and always kept us up to date with any progress. Their constant involvement and positivity was pivotal to the sale completing.

The team at Lichfield office have been the most proactive and helpful Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. They provide a regular email that shows progress on the house chain and actively 'push' other agents on progressing the purchase/sale. They also provided the best house valuation figure from 5 other local agents and achieved a sale value very close to the original asking price. Obviously a very happy team with excellent customer service.

I'm so pleased that I decided to engage Lovett & Co to help me sell my dear dad's bungalow. Your extremely friendly & dedicated staff were excellent, right from the start, when I requested a valuation for Probate purposes. True to your word, you advised & updated me throughout every stage. On a personal note, I would like to say "thankyou", once again, to Sandra & convey to her, my sincere gratitude for all her constant & reassuring support during the process of finalising the successful sale of my dad's property. I sincerely hope that all your other clients also, appreciate her dedication & hard work (& also that of her colleagues) to provide a faultless, excellent service! THE BEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER USED!! Best wishes & kind regards to you all. Maggie.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Lovett's were the selling agent for a property I bought. I found them very responsive and understanding. They always answered queries and questions very promptly. They chased a very difficult set of solicitors on both sides of the sale. Overall I found their service was very professional and customer focused. Sandra was in particular very helpful and committed to her job.

We had an offer accepted on a property which they then kept on market without us knowing despite us sending all our documents and proof of finance. I found out 5 days after our offer was accepted by ringing them that another offer had been made despite them being aware I had arranged a survey and architects. That offer was accepted so we had to quickly find somewhere else or our sale would fall through. We are still looking. No apologies nothing. Don't use them.

So I used them as a purchaser and recently as a seller and they were brilliant! Every week they would update on the progression of the sale and they actively pushed things through for me. When my solicitor couldn’t get hold of the other side solicitors they always could! Definitely worth the fee! Fully recommend

Mine was a difficult sale and even more difficult onward purchase. Sandra Irving, was an absolute star throughout. She liaised tirelessly with solicitors acting on both sides of the transaction and kept me sane on more than one occasion; and was always professional and pragmatic. Well done for finally pushing this stop start sale through.
