I cannot recommend Michael Anthonys enough. This is now the second property I have dealt with Andy, and my first time dealing with Kristina from the Sales Progression Team, and once again the service was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the process there were several issues and delays, which were due to my own personal circumstances, but I honestly cannot thank Andy and Kristina enough for the patience, understanding and support they showed throughout. Rather than making things stressful, they took the time to help me navigate every step of the process and were always there to guide and reassure me. The communication from both of them was exceptional. I was regularly kept updated, they were always emailing, checking in, and ensuring I knew exactly what was happening. I genuinely felt like they cared and wanted the best outcome for me and my family, rather than just treating it as another sale. Buying a house can be a stressful journey, but Andy and Kristina made a huge difference. Their professionalism, dedication, patience and support are the reason we managed to get this over the line. From the bottom of my heart, thank you both. You have helped us secure what will be our forever family home, and that means more than words can express. I will always be grateful.

Micheal Anthony supported us in buying our first home. We initially attempted to buy a home through them, which ultimately fell through due to the seller but Micheal Anthony were amazing at communicating and trying to obtain updates for us. On our home that we have just brought Micheal Anthony and Andy in particular were amazing! They communicated well with keeping us updated every step of the way, even supporting with visits to the property between exchange of contracts and completion to measure up etc. could not recommend anyone better. What a lovely end to the journey that started about 18 months ago. Looking for a property when almost ready to give birth comes with challenges, so had to put it on hold for a little bit but when I felt ‘normal!’ again, we resumed our search. Andy was one of the first agents to show us around properties, and it was a nice ending that he helped us with our last home. We appreciated his pleasant, calm and professional approach and demeanour; we never felt hurried or as if we were time wasters. We had a somewhat rude encounter with another local estate agent, which made MA Est shine even more. It was also great that Andy had good local knowledge of where we bought. The team at Aylesbury were always friendly, helpful and accommodating which is essential; it always felt genuine. We recommend Andy W and the team at the Aylesbury branch over and over again! The service from the Rye office team I received has been outstanding. I chose Rush, Witt and Wilson because Ralph Popple’s valuation visit was by far the most professional and measured of the three agencies I contacted and they have not disappointed. I was kept informed of progress without having to chase , first by Jackie and then by Parris, whose excellent photography of my property was impressive and I’m sure was in part responsible for securing an offer from the first people who viewed it. Parris is that all too rare agent who understands the need for good communication and informed advice at all times. Able to suggest local services for conveyancing etc. and kept me informed and up to date throughout. ~12 weeks between first walking into their offices to kick-off the process, and now moving in to my first home. We decided to sell our lovely home in July as we need to upgrade ourselves from 3 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms home since having 2 children and Andrew Kerr has been designated as our estate agent. I would like to say he has been brilliant all the way through the entire process providing us with all the information and assistance whenever needed. He is a great asset for the company, extremely professional, really has that "know how" factor, he is very patient and always in great mood, just gives you that confidence that all will be handled properly. Would also like to mention Ben who assisted with viewings of the property and he found our buyers (lucky them by the way as they got a great house) Kristina from sales progression team is also fantastic, she helped us a lot specially at the final stage and she got involved following up every step to complete the sale accordingly in a timely manner. We had our house for sale last year with another agent in Rye. They proved to be useless and arrogant. Then we thought we would try RW&W. Ralph Popple came to value the house and was very reassuring and friendly. We felt very confident that the sale would be in good hands. As it turns out our sale must be the most protracted chain these poor guys have ever had. Barnaby was fantastic. He was calm, reassuring and proactive every step of the way. Rush Witt & Wilson in Rye and Northiam have all been absolutely amazing! We sold through Rye and bought through Northiam. They found us our dream home as they knew exactly what we were looking for.
