GoogleThis team were fantastic, we visited the house several times and nothing was too much trouble. Paris kept us in touch with progress and did some chasing for us, they sorted keys at a different branch to help us on move in day. Brilliant service and wonderful team

Barnaby and Ben were very professional and worked hard to ensure that my house sale completed in a timely manner. They were worth every penny of the commission that they charged - Ralph’s negotiation skills are second to none!

GoogleBarnaby and the team made our house purchase stress-free. They were responsive and communicative and acted as an effective communication channel between the vendors and ourselves. The house brochure was accurate and Barnaby was able to assist with local knowledge. As a previous reviewer has said, the service was exceptional.

FacebookWe recently sold our property with the rye rush witt department and I can honestly say that they were nothing but brilliant. From the very start when Ralph came round to value, up until the final moments before completion. We were looked after for 6 months by Barnaby and what a little star he was. He really got me through it and supported us the whole way. I would highly recommend this agency and in the future if I'm ever brave enough to move I'll be phoning these guys up straight away. Thank you to everyone in the team, especially Barnaby and Harry. You kept me sane during our 6 months of stress!!!! hahah!!

GoogleI enquired about a property and told the agent I was only available on Saturdays to view. She set up a time for this Saturday. Shortly after I received a call from a male agent telling me an offer had been made and if I wanted to be a contender i had to see it before the weekend as the seller was about to accept the offer that day. I declined as i work in london. Then on Saturday II received a call from the original agent to confirm the viewing, as they had "convinced the seller to not accept the offer and look at others" . The male agent was very clear - if you dont come before Saturday its too late! This feels incredibly unprofessional -not only for the individual who made an offer, but the client as well as they lost a genuine buyer. in retrospect i don't believe an acceptance was imminent - the agent just wanted to hussle. I will not be using your services to find my new home, you have lost my trust.

If you are a first time buyer they explain everything fully which has made the whole experience less stressful and enjoyable. GoogleWe used the services of rush Witt & Wilson and have been very pleased with them in all aspects. Ralph & Barnaby have been very efficient in all they have done for us. Ralph put our house on the market and assured us there would be no problem selling it and he was right it was sold quite quickly.
