GoogleI have had a great first meeting with Aneesa whom took the time to explain in detail and thorough what we needed and what Cubitt can do for us. Overall really happy with Aneesa's service.

GoogleExtremely disappointed by the Customer Service recently experienced at Cubitt and West. Having enquired about a property in the hope of arranging a potential viewing, was told the agent responsible for the sale was unavailable but would return my call within the hour. A number of days have now passed since my initial contact and thus far no response has been offered which I find to be disappointingly unprofessional and lacking in courtesy.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleHad James Sinnott from the Rustington branch out to value my property, very polite and professional and so easy to talk to, he was happy to advise me on anything I had to ask in relation to my property. Based on my experience with James I have decided to use Cubitt and West to sell my property. Overall a very nice experience and I would recommend Cubitt and West to family and friends.

GoogleWould highly recomend speaking to Tony. He was very friendly and as first time buyers he was able to explain the process clearly to us. He has kept us up to date with any properties that come on the market and has listened to our preferences, when it comes to what we are looking for in a property.

GoogleReally great Team. Very helpful and knowledgeable and supportive - in the respect if you have not got all your ducks in a row - Cubitts have somebody you can talk to, and no obligations. It is a learning curve all this property stuff and I have found Cubitts to be great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleVery disappointing. Made all sorts of promises and assurances to gain our business to sell our home and didn't deliver on any of them despite constant reminders by ourselves. Since discovered that their charges are massively higher than other agents whose sales performance figures are actually better. Conveyancing company "sold" as being the best is even worse and totally useless plus expensive. Even the EPC survey we had done was 50% dearer than all local competition. There are much better and cheaper in Rustington , we have cancelled and instructed one of them
